I'm not sure why my salesman would not follow through to make sure a customer was satisfied. More
Overall a Good Experience I arrived at 0840 for an 0845 appointment. My car was taken immediately while I waited. This was the 1 year maintenance, so there were no known outs I arrived at 0840 for an 0845 appointment. My car was taken immediately while I waited. This was the 1 year maintenance, so there were no known outstanding problems. I got the car back at about 1040, which seemed a little long for what had to be done. However, Simon, the coordinator, kept me informed and was extremely personable and easy to work with. Overall, a good experience. More

His customer was his concern John Bandy was very helpful. He addressed all my concerns, even my concerns that I had previously mentioned at least the last 3 times I been there. Fi John Bandy was very helpful. He addressed all my concerns, even my concerns that I had previously mentioned at least the last 3 times I been there. Finally it has been corrected. He constantly checked in with me about the status of my vehicle, because I was there from 8am until 1pm. I also wanted my lights restored and once technician completed my service, John came to me and stated " I know you been here for awhile and the Technician wants to know if he should do the restoration because thats a process and will take about 45 minutes more after he test drives my car". I appreciate John for giving me the choice of waiting longer or having the restoration done on my next trip from Glen Burnie MD. It showed me he cared about me as a customer. More

Helpful & professional All reps identified below were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend purchase from Ethan Brown and Kevin Flores. Both salesmen were professional, honest, and highly motivated to make a sale. Ethan and Kevin were able to locate the vehicle we were interested in purchasing within a day so we could test drive and make final decision to purchase while Warrenton Toyota wanted us to sign sight unseen for the same vehicle. Chrissy Cokinos and Isaiah Zegeye were also very helpful and professional when we took our new Sequoia in for additional interior and exterior protection. We are looking forward to dealing with Chrissy on all our future service for all our Toyota vehicles. My only recommendation is that dealership offer loaner vehicles equivalent to new vehicle being serviced for additional environmental protection package. More

Go elsewhere I have had issues with a fairly new Toyota for over a year. Finally- I took it to another dealership where they immediately identified the problem, ordered the nexessary parts, and provided a rental car. The customer service at this dealership is not good.
