The only pressure was trying to get everything done as soon as possible. I flew from Beaumont, Texas to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to buy this truck. Jon and another guy picked me up at the airport and took me to your dealership where I was treated VERY well by Jon and others. I was not at my best having left my home at 4:00am Central time and arriving at Reagan at 1:00pm your time. Over all I'm very happy! It's just going to take me a few days to get over the drive home (1362 miles). Thank you all again...especially Jon Boyd!!!!!! More

Wanted their vehicle, so I had to deal with their "games" Lustine had the vehicle I was searching for, so I wanted to make the deal. After expressing interest in the car, we went off to lunch. While we were Lustine had the vehicle I was searching for, so I wanted to make the deal. After expressing interest in the car, we went off to lunch. While we were out, the salesman spoke with the sales manager to get the bottom line price on the car. Upon returning, I was told one price (which we confirmed because it was the price we hoped for, but didn't know if we could get) then agreed to that price. After my salesman went back to the sales manager to confirm the deal, we were told the price would be $1,000 higher. Apparently, there was "miscommunication". This was the vehicle I had been searching for so we continued to negotiate a bit more off the price; however, I really wanted to walk out. I would NOT recommend this dealership. More

Overall a Good Experience I arrived at 0840 for an 0845 appointment. My car was taken immediately while I waited. However, Simon, the coordinator, kept me informed and was extremely personable and easy to work with. Overall, a good experience. More
