Nelson got things taken care of quickly, and treated me like a friend. Normally I’m used to repair shops trying to push extra services on me, but Nelson treated me right. When he discovered it wouldn’t be possible to mount a bracket, he let me know right away and offered another solution, free of charge. The service to the car was great, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend coming by for work on your vehicle. More
Good service, but the process has changed The service intake process has changed and although I expect to get used to it, I prefer the old process. Under the old process I made an appointment The service intake process has changed and although I expect to get used to it, I prefer the old process. Under the old process I made an appointment with one of my two preferred service managers and work directly with them. The old process had my paperwork already at the service lane and there were less mistakes on the preprinted form. On this day with the new process the service manager had a difficult time understanding the handwriting from the service lane greeter and had to correct the paperwork. Also, the customer is now required to figure out the porter service themselves with little guidance. There is no signage and the customer doesn’t always know the porters. This was less than friendly. At this point I would just as soon go walking around the parking lot with my fob and find my own car. Luckily the service manager helped me out. Otherwise I might still be there trying to figure out how to get my vehicle. More

Outstanding customer service by service technician Bryan Frye was my service technician. Bryan was extremely helpful and professional. He alerted me of a recent recall on my Sienna passenger airbag. Bryan Frye was my service technician. Bryan was extremely helpful and professional. He alerted me of a recent recall on my Sienna passenger airbag. Bryan indicated that the technicians that change out the airbags typically work M-F and not on Saturdays which is the day that my vehicle was serviced but he would see what he could do so that I did not have to make another separate trip to change out the airbag. Bryan contacted me to let me know that the was able to get the airbag changed out and informed me of a few service items with one potential issue to keep an eye on. My rear cross member bushing (a high priced item to replace) was cracked but was secure and to just keep an eye out for degradation. Bryan made a note of this item in my file to look out for at future service appointments. Bryan was also able to get me a $60 discount on the services that I consented to getting. Bryan contacted me as soon as my vehicle was ready for pickup, gave me a final total on the service, and was most courteous and professional. I told Bryan that I would be asking for him in the future. More

This was my first time with Victor Bassey who is truly a blessing. He is courteous, knowledgeable and gave me good advice regarding my car as this was my 50K mile checkup though I only have around 29K plus miles! He explained the policy of years or mileage, whichever comes first, and took care of me as a customer. Though my car is in excellent condition, he explained the Mechanic's findings for things required now and in the near future. Victor is definitely an excellent reflection of what I expect from Lustine Toyota! More
Purchasing current lease vehicle Just finished purchasing my lease vehicle. My lease was coming to an end. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I had been a Lustine Toyota customer for Just finished purchasing my lease vehicle. My lease was coming to an end. I decided to purchase the vehicle. I had been a Lustine Toyota customer for over 8 years. I had been financing with Toyota financing for 8 years as well. I was sent by one of the Toyota financing manager Robert Ahmin, to speak to the GM, Amine Revki. According to Robert, since I was a returning customer, I qualify for some loyalty points. Well, the apposite happened. I didn't get any loyalty points, instead I got a 7.94 interest (having a credit score of 748). I was told my the finance manager Asad u. haq, that I could have a lower interest of 4.45 if I purchase extra warranties. I close the deal, with a 4.45 because I agree to buy the extra warranty which I will cancel. I took pictures of the warranty, to ensure I can cancel and get full refund. I also took pictures of all the options that were presented to me. I walked out extremely sad, very disapointed and completely speachless. I held the GM Amine on to a very high standard of work ethic and professionalism. He was referred to me by Kelly as a very up-right fair GM. Not really! If any of you decide to go to this dealership, please, please stay away from the finance manager Asad U Haq, he is a pathological liar. Will be uploading copies of everything very soon. Will be returning contract in less than 24 hours and the vehicle as well Will like to make this very clear, this review is for the sales department, the service department is excellent.
