Took me in the back to see my vehicle when it was being serviced to explain to me Working with a new Service Rep., I received great customer service. Took me in the back to see my vehicle when it was being serviced to explain to me the problem. That was the first time that every happened since I had my vehicle. Sent me a web site so I can schedule any appointments for my Tundra for any problem I have and gave me his phone number to call him directly if needed.
