Ultimate Professionals I recently turned my Sienna in for a rear door that the automatic function had failed and would no longer latch properly in the electronic or manually I recently turned my Sienna in for a rear door that the automatic function had failed and would no longer latch properly in the electronic or manually mode. Nelson was extremely helpful and professional during the repair process. He also quickly arranged for repairs of the recalled issues. He asked was me was there anything else that he could help with and I informed him that I had an electrical problem where my entire entertainment system was randomly working, but I would have to bring it back later because Springfield Toyota had worked on it for six months and could not figure out the problem. Just by listening carefully, he and the electrical lead took note and made the connection that a faulty grounding wire that was found during the troubleshooting of the rear door latch problem was also the main grounding source for the entertainment system. While repairing the door latch, he also solved the electrical issue that was causing my entertainment system to short out. He solved something that Springfield Toyota had to fly in an electrical expert in from another location across the country and still went unsolved. I am now committed to Lustine Toyota for life. Amazing stuff!!! More
