I started out with what I thought was a problem of faulty diagnosis; however, I was wrong. The above individuals were kind, professional and courteous. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. I was quick to say foul, but am also quick to acknowledge when I am wrong and this was one of those instances. I have the upmost respect for Chrissy and the service department management. Thank you all for a superior experience getting my truck fixed!!! More
Victor was excellent When I arrived I was told my 36 month maintenance agreement had expired. I knew that was false as I purchased a five year agreement. Victor checked out my story and I was correct.. it turns out when I bought my truck I purchased several agreements..... NONE of which are in the computer. Nothing about the agreement to continue to cover the vehicle after three years Lustine offered when I bought the truck .... I have the signed contract! How can I get an appointment with finance to get maintenance agreements in the system? Victor saved me from having to pay the maintenance cost. This is very disappointing. More

cheating from the beginning They offer me 0% interest and not when I saw the documents was 4%, They offered 7 years of oil change. and they lied to me they gave me only 5 and I They offer me 0% interest and not when I saw the documents was 4%, They offered 7 years of oil change. and they lied to me they gave me only 5 and I paid for it, they offered me 8 years of platinum maintenance and they gave me a gold package that almost does not cover anything i paid for it, they deceive people and when one claims they are rude, I would never recommend this dealer. Good experience - and a point about financing Excellent service! The only drawback I can see is at the financing stage. The only way to get a rebate is to finance through the dealership. So you finance through the dealership and for me the out the door price ended up being $8k more than the $27k agreed upon price. Granted, the $27k was before taxes and tags and fees, but still that increase seems exorbitant. That aside, I am enjoying the car! More
