I started out with what I thought was a problem of faulty diagnosis; however, I was wrong. The above individuals were kind, professional and courteous. Victor was excellent When I arrived I was told my 36 month maintenance agreement had expired. I knew that was false as I purchased a five year agreement. Victor checked out my story and I was correct.. it turns out when I bought my truck I purchased several agreements..... NONE of which are in the computer. Nothing about the agreement to continue to cover the vehicle after three years Lustine offered when I bought the truck .... I have the signed contract! How can I get an appointment with finance to get maintenance agreements in the system? Victor saved me from having to pay the maintenance cost. This is very disappointing. More
