GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT My wife and I have purchased three vehicles at Lustine and have had them serviced here-starting in 2004 and continuing to this date. I have had three service advisors over this time frame and all have been very professional and helpful. The service department offers an excellent service and customer waiting room. I have seen service advisors talking to customers waiting for their vehicles and I have experienced that also; they keep the customer current in the maintenance process. The sales personnel are also helpful and professional. I have had good experiences with the sales department also. This is just a great dealership. I trust both the service and the sales people. More

As usually happens when you have an issue that comes and goes then becomes regular, they could not replicate the issue and all their checks gave the car a clean bill of health, so when we picked up our car, there was no charge after I was expecting a $150 bill. More
