GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT My wife and I have purchased three vehicles at Lustine and have had them serviced here-starting in 2004 and continuing to this date. I have had three My wife and I have purchased three vehicles at Lustine and have had them serviced here-starting in 2004 and continuing to this date. I have had three service advisors over this time frame and all have been very professional and helpful. The service department offers an excellent service and customer waiting room. I have seen service advisors talking to customers waiting for their vehicles and I have experienced that also; they keep the customer current in the maintenance process. The sales personnel are also helpful and professional. I have had good experiences with the sales department also. This is just a great dealership. I trust both the service and the sales people. More

As usually happens when you have an issue that comes and goes then becomes regular, they could not replicate the issue and all their checks gave the car a clean bill of health, so when we picked up our car, there was no charge after I was expecting a $150 bill. Bad Salesmen Service I went to buy a car from the used certified cars, at Toyota, an somehow i ended up being used, by a Lustine Toyota salesmen, when all i wanted was a c I went to buy a car from the used certified cars, at Toyota, an somehow i ended up being used, by a Lustine Toyota salesmen, when all i wanted was a car with a decent car note,instead of the salesmen sending me over to the used cars, him an the finance man forced me into a new car with 4 different plans that added 7000.00, to the car so, on the first car, i took the paper work over to Navy Federal they told me to take the car back, that it was way too much, an for them to look an dee if they had 2 cars they printed out, when i showed it to the salesmen he right off said they dont have the cars on there lot, an that they dont have any used cars that i can look at an why would i want a used that would only give me problems. is what he said to me he also said since the bank turned me down. an 3 other banks also turned me down Toyota can finance me but he will find a car for me but after he told me that he new that i really needed a car,so he kelped showing me highly exspensive cars,so the car he put me in i kept telling him the cars hes showing me were way to expensive, an that my daughter was 5'7 and weight 180 he still kept pushing an pushing me like i had no choice, the first car was a. 2019 Toyota Camry the payments were 789.00 a months so i gave it back an he tore up the contract, then he showed me The toyota Corolla Hatchback which was 721.00 a month, i felt so pressured an forced by these 2 men making me sign off on a car i dont like an i dont want, an that i cant afford. The very next day i felt so miserable being in a car i domt want or likeb in 2 month it will be repossessed, i went back to the dealer for five days to try to get them to trade me out an they told me they couldn't an that i was stuck with it by the 3rd day i went up there his GM told me it was nothing he could do an that i have to wait an talk to the finance person who wrote the contract, so me an my 15 year old daughter sat in the car she watched me wipe my eyes an then she started to cry, Omg ive have never been treated so bad,these salesmen used me to there advantage an did not give a dam about me being a customer, so i would tell every one i know to not go ther because of how i was treated, after reserching on the web found out they do have used cars, the salesman lied to me, they never asked me for check stubs or bank statements to see what i could afford,the worst I've ever been treated, this is so wrong all i want to do is trade out this car an be in the car i want, not to be thrown in a car i dont like or to be pressured, my blood pressure has been up everyday,my next step is to call my lawyer because this not fair. More
