Unexpected I want to thank my service advisor, Calli Thachter for her assistance and willingness to look into the history of my vehicle. I went in for what I tho I want to thank my service advisor, Calli Thachter for her assistance and willingness to look into the history of my vehicle. I went in for what I thought would be a simple tire rotation and changing of the Engine & Cabin filters, however there was some other issues needing attention too. One of those issues happened to be low tread on my tires which were just about a year old. I had purchased Goodyear All season tires from the dealer ship back on 9/14/2018. The tires only had just about 16,000 miles on them Calli was able to verify that I always did my tire rotations at the specific maintenance recommendations. Calli and and the actual technician who serviced my vehicle said that Goodyear may very well replace my tires for free. Ms. Calli said she would actually try calling Goodyear for me and follow up with me by Monday, 9/16/2019. It made me feel like I was really being looked out for. More
