Just received a phone call from one of the salespeople at Lustine Toyota, by the name of Parve If I could give this place a zero star-rating, I would. Just received a phone call from one of the salespeople at Lustine Toyota, by the name of Parveen Haq. After declining to speak to me, he started verbally attacking me saying "if you give your phone number out, I can call you as much as I want" and yelling at me highly inappropriate responses. Once I finally hung up, I called the "manager" Carlos who stated he has 50 sales people working for him so he doesn't know any of their names and doesn't know who Parveen Haq is. He also declined to transfer me to the General Manager saying he was "busy" and did not give me a phone number saying "we don't have numbers here, we are all over the floor...there is only one main number". Not sure I have ever experienced harassment at this magnitude. Suffice is to say, I will not set foot at that dealership but plan to use social media to spread the word about these ignorant employees and their egregious behaviors. More
