I have always been offered the option of shuttle service or a loaner car when an overnight was required. I have never had an issue after a service or repair requiring a return visit. I will agree that having my car serviced there is not always the cheapest option - but I like what I'm paying for. More

When it Breaks They fix it! The morning after the completion of a 100K mile servicing. I started my vehicle and got a check engine and trac off indicator light up on my panel. The morning after the completion of a 100K mile servicing. I started my vehicle and got a check engine and trac off indicator light up on my panel. I drove back to Lustine and talked to Alexander Garcia my maint rep. He immediately took my vehicle into the maint bay and had the tech run a full diagnostic on the engine. Results: two valves were stuck in the closed position. The suspect was debris in the fuel line. Solution: Cleaned out the stuck valves and retested the vehicle which cleared the matter. Alex made my problem his primary focus. He did a fantastic job and cleared the problem very quickly. Great Job Alex!! More
