room for improvement My service writer is Alex Garcia. Exceptional individual- he is the reason I keep bringing my vehicle to Lustine even after I passed 75K. My issue is My service writer is Alex Garcia. Exceptional individual- he is the reason I keep bringing my vehicle to Lustine even after I passed 75K. My issue is with the courtesy shuttle. I had a phone conversation expressing my need to get to an appointment after I dropped my vehicle off. Wound up taking an Uber. After my vehicle was complete it took the shuttle 1 1/2 hours to pick me up. Having the shuttle service is great and an incentive to bring my vehicle to Lustine for service. My experience with the service department has always been 5 stars. Shuttle 1 star. End result- I get free inspections for buying my vehicle there but what I paid for the Uber I could have taken it to a closer inspection for the same cost and spent less time. More

Just put this review on Google and wanted to make sure people here see it also. Be very wary of any dealership that refuses to even a number on a new car. The so called floor manager John Boyd would not people here see it also. Be very wary of any dealership that refuses to even a number on a new car. The so called floor manager John Boyd would not only not give me a number but his e-mails were very rude and arrogant. He is obviously a rookie at this and believes he can bully people with his antics. I had prices fro 8 Toyota dealerships on a new Camry and all he would do was tell me to come into the dealership. When I told him that like many other shoppers, I would rather shop online and make one dealership visit, he became cocky and said for me to do all of the hard work and he would rather be the one to work smarter and not harder. What manager in his right mind says that? Then when I called his bluff, he responds with about 50 exclamation marks saying his deal would crush what I had, yet he still never showed me anything. Sorry Rookie, you lost the number on your board. I hope the owner sees this and contacts me as I will be glad to forward him all of the e-mails. BTW, been buying new cars every 2 years for 20 years now. Arrogance has never gotten my money. More
