"Service during pandemic" I have been going to Lustine Toyota for over 25 years. For most of that time whenever I need to have both of my cars serviced I have dealt with Chriss I have been going to Lustine Toyota for over 25 years. For most of that time whenever I need to have both of my cars serviced I have dealt with Chrissy Cokinos. She has been a dependable and thoughtful person. Recently, I had an issue regarding the battery in my RAV4 which was replaced over a year ago. Of course this had to happen while we were quarantined during the pandemic. I called Chrissy to ask about setting up an appointment but at the same time I mentioned to her about my concern about bringing the car in for service. Chrissy assured me that Lustine was taking all the precautions necessary, but I was still hesitant. She said that she can possibly send a technician to my house and have him bring the car to Lustine. I appreciated that very much and it worked out very well. Chrissy has always been honest about the work needed on my car and will always tries to find a way to save me some money. More
