Presenting large Costs I was told to replace spark lugs at 88K miles but not due until 120K. Thought I towed with my truck, so it would be due but did not ask the question. Should be forthright and ask the questions before presenting a large cost like that... All in, Service Tech was great, simply need to get ahead of large cost quotes and tell people what they need to hear before deciding to spend large $'s. More
