Alex was great Alex was very helpful, I hope he is our service contact our next trip as well. He took care of all our service needs and also our annual VA State Insp Alex was very helpful, I hope he is our service contact our next trip as well. We have to go back to have that reset and we haven't had a chance to do that yet. A mild annoyance that certainly doesn't negate the good job done in all other aspects. More

Went in for a 75K service at 0700 AM. Fixed a few minor problems, serviced the transmission and had me on my way in 2 1/1 hours while i waited. The grounds in the back of and around the facility look like a city dump. Years worth of accumulated trash, bottles, cigarette butts, soda cans, beer bottles, etc. You get the picture. More
