This was my first outing other than grocery store since the pandemic began and I was a bit nervous. I did feel basically comfortable, except am concerned on how masks are worn. Everyone at the dealership was truly exceptional from our salesman, Sumit, to the boss, Nino Sita, and all in between. Alex was great Alex was very helpful, I hope he is our service contact our next trip as well. He took care of all our service needs and also our annual VA State Insp Alex was very helpful, I hope he is our service contact our next trip as well. He took care of all our service needs and also our annual VA State Inspection. Only thing that didn't get done was the service message reset that shows up on the console. We have to go back to have that reset and we haven't had a chance to do that yet. A mild annoyance that certainly doesn't negate the good job done in all other aspects. More

Went in for a 75K service at 0700 AM. Fixed a few minor problems, serviced the transmission and had me on my way in 2 1/1 hours while i waited. The grounds in the back of and around the facility look like a city dump. Years worth of accumulated trash, bottles, cigarette butts, soda cans, beer bottles, etc. You get the picture. More
