Everyone from sales team to finance to management were friendly. Sales Manager and Assistant General Manager very helpful towards ensuring in the end we got to a final price on the 2020 Highlander Limite friendly. This was my first outing other than grocery store since the pandemic began and I was a bit nervous. I did feel basically comfortable, except am concerned on how masks are worn. In these COVID times the Lustine service personnel have provided the extra step to make sure their process of checking you in to returning your vehicle is safe. Although I cannot name all the people who have taken care of me these last few times I have been in for service, I can say from check in with the porters, to the service manager, to check out with the cashier, everyone has done a professional and superb job. However, I do specifically call out Bryant Jones because of his attention to detail and his utmost professionalism. More
