I worked with 2 service reps getting a 10,000 check up and oil change using your new express service. I dropped the car off and in 2 hours I received feedback that the car was ready and I got an answer t and oil change using your new express service. I dropped the car off and in 2 hours I received feedback that the car was ready and I got an answer that the brake noise was researched. About 230 minutes later another rep called to discuss the brake noise and we agreed he would order the repair part. We scheduled service for Oct. 13! More
