I was flat out lied to, Johnathan Naviti told me I was approved and my car payment was $156, I told him I wanted to make sure the payment and the approval was done before I drove 4 hours one way there. He said that I was approved and he promised me the payment wouldn't be any higher. I have all the text messages from him that said that. I get there I was approved but with $1000 down and $100 more a month more. I was livid, he basically said he wasn't sure about the approval and that he was sorry. I asked for the manager and that did me no good. I think it was dirty to have someone drive 4 hours 1 way and be flat out lied to and they never even tried to make it right. I over hear another lady complaining of the same thing. So it seems this is how they run their business. Stay away unless you like being screwed. More

And then I came back 4 days later to pay off my car. And the other Finance lady, her name is Maria I think. And literally I was talking to her, explaining to her why I was there to pay off my car, and I asked her to give me a copy of all the paperwork. And she just write on the paper VOID and she kept it.
