Your adds talk about becoming a Toyota member "For Life", and I strongly believe that your business treats me as a family member and being a family is "For Life". I am not mechanically savy when it comes to automobiles but I know I can trust my vehicle to your mechanics. This dealerships Service Department is Excellent and I would especially like to thank Brad Danzig who is my "primary" Service Manager as well as Javier Rodriguez for this most recent service visit. Two years in a row they haven't turned off the "oil is low" warning light, but other than that, perfect experience. I was flat out lied to, Johnathan Naviti told me I was approved and my car payment was $156, I told him I wanted to make sure the payment and the approval was done before I drove 4 hours one way there. He said that I was approved and he promised me the payment wouldn't be any higher. I have all the text messages from him that said that. I get there I was approved but with $1000 down and $100 more a month more. I was livid, he basically said he wasn't sure about the approval and that he was sorry. I asked for the manager and that did me no good. I think it was dirty to have someone drive 4 hours 1 way and be flat out lied to and they never even tried to make it right. I over hear another lady complaining of the same thing. So it seems this is how they run their business. Stay away unless you like being screwed. More

My sales person Sean was very nice, persistent, and professional. And the sales manager did a really good job too. I am very happy with them. Accept the Finance manager Asad Haq. He just threw the paper to me to sign it and he didn't even explain each paper that I was signing. And when he finished throwing me the last paper, he just said "Have a good day". And then I came back 4 days later to pay off my car. And the other Finance lady, her name is Maria I think. And literally I was talking to her, explaining to her why I was there to pay off my car, and I asked her to give me a copy of all the paperwork. And she just write on the paper VOID and she kept it.
