Katie, We are sorry to hear about your husband’s experience at our dealership. When your husband came into the dealership, he had inquired on the 2019 Lexus RC F 10th anniversary 1 of 240 worldwide that we have in stock. Upon his arrival, he expressed that he wanted to simply test drive the vehicle, and was unsure about purchasing. Being that this specific vehicle is extremely rare with only 240 being produced worldwide we have a process in place, and cannot simply just let someone test drive a vehicle without commitment; regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity or transgender status). Our salesperson Nadir and our sales manager Carlos did not even have an opportunity to work numbers or a deal with your husband on this unit. When we have a very rare vehicle with extremely low production we are very considerate of the future owner when it comes to excess mileage or wear and tear from any of our employees or other prospective buyers. This is not a vehicle that anyone in our management staff will allow to be driven by a customer without a sign commitment that if the numbers are agreeable to both parties that at that time the vehicle will be removed from the showroom for a road test. Asking to test drive a Corolla we have dozens of in stock versus a very limited sports car that we have only ever had one of in stock are very different things. The last thing our dealership participates in is racially profiling a customer. We take great pride in the fact that our staff is highly diverse, with staff members coming from all over the world. This also helps with our bilingual costumers, due to the fact that we are able to speak over 10 different languages at our dealership.
