I had a flat tire and called last minute to request a repair. Brad was able to get my tire repaired in a timely manner so I could go about the business of the rest of the day. A VERY disappointing first-time visit to Lustine. Management made it very clear that my husband's business was not welcome due to the color of his skin. The team there had made such a production to get him in to visit and see the car with calls and videos, and once my husband arrived for his appointment and asked about test driving, he was told they need to review the numbers first. Although he was offended, he complied. The salesman even said that the managers had a problem with him test driving. What could have been a easy sale out the door for Lustine's "top management team," was an incredibly discriminatory experience for my husband. If discrimination bothers you as a customer, or you are a minority, DO NOT purchase from this awful dealership. Top-down, their establishment does not understand great customer service. More

I was not fond of them. Received countless random awkward texts and emails. Hopefully my identity was not stolen. Your adds talk about becoming a Toyota member "For Life", and I strongly believe that your business treats me as a family member and being a family is "For Life". I am not mechanically savy when it comes to automobiles but I know I can trust my vehicle to your mechanics. This dealerships Service Department is Excellent and I would especially like to thank Brad Danzig who is my "primary" Service Manager as well as Javier Rodriguez for this most recent service visit.
