Everything went extremely well until the very end. Mr. Garcia is very personable and explained what needed to be done. He assured me my first 5K service would be done as quickly as possible, but offered your shuttle service, if needed. True to his word, it was done and I went to get my vehicle. Mr Garcia instructed me to take my keys and invoice to the valet, who would get my car. I guess he was very busy because he told me where it was parked and gave me back the keys. I walked to my car and left. I threw away the trash left behind that the valet should have disposed of if he had done his job. It would have been a 5 star review but for that. Thanks. More
