The car I traded (2020 Toyota Corolla SE) and the one I have now (2022 Toyota GR86) both have cracked windshields. Neither CarFax mentioned it. On both pictures before they were purchased, the cracks were covered up by stickers. I have pictures and videos of both cars showing it. The GR86 windshield is still cracked after being told it would be fixed the following Monday after I purchased the car. The safety sensor has been affected by the crack. Luckily, I haven’t had an accident because of it. I was FINALLY just notified yesterday 5/11/22 that I could contact my local dealership to have them put in a windshield. I was told for ME to contact the dealership and see if they would bill Lustine Toyota. I’ve been getting a run around since 3/30/22 and basically been called out (as not telling the truth) by Christina in your finance department NUMEROUS times. I’ve had to worry and defend myself needlessly over something that your dealership should have taken care of. With an price increase of approximately $6000 over MSRP, hopefully that covered your expenses and you can hire better staff.

My transaction was in person. Nothing was done over the phone, not sure where they was implied. In person, the sales manager Michael let me know that it was too much work for him to give me a price estimate unless I was buying that day. I let him know that I have to know ho much something is before I can commit to buying it (obviously). I waited about an hour to finally get the sales estimate and dealt with 4 different “managers” who let me know that my business was not important and if i felt like I could get a better deal to leave. I have already bought from Lustine in the past so I ignored all the negative information I saw online and gave them a chance. I won’t be going back and will recommend as many ppl as I can to never go to Lustine.
