Unsatisfying dealer experience from the get go. Not the way I have been buying cars for years. I don’t do online reviews but felt compelled to tell others to BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP. they haven’t been able to get us the plate before the temp tag expires and aren’t even responding to calls or messages. They have ghosted us after paying cash for the car. Take your money elsewhere. We passed three stores on the way home from this sketchy dealer More
I visited the dealer as I was in the market for a truck. There were several at local dealerships. Woodbridge was the closest, so I stopped there first. Richard Morataya, sale rep, was super. He was genuine There were several at local dealerships. Woodbridge was the closest, so I stopped there first. Richard Morataya, sale rep, was super. He was genuine and not pushy at all. After looking at four vehicle we test drover one and sat down to talk. One of the managers, "Rick," came over, introduced himself, and was condescending. He thought he was talking to a first-time buyer. I was wearing a sweatshirt and blue jeans and he treated me like I was below him. He even called me by the wrong name! I made an offer, and he basically blew me off. He didn't even make a counter offer acting as if he didn't need my business. My wife and I got up and left. I later contacted my sales rep, Richard, and made another offer. He ran the offer by "Rick" who quickly rejected the additional $2,000. I told Richard that I couldn't/wouldn't go higher and thanked him for his effort. Approximately 10 minutes later Amine Rezki, General Manager, called me and we agreed to a deal. Amine was courteous and willing to work with me. I returned to the dealership and completed the paperwork. Amine stopped by twice to make sure everything was going well. He thanked me for returning and purchasing the truck, and he apologized for my initial experience when I made the first offer. Amine checked on me again as I was completing all of the paperwork. Richard Morataya, sales rep, ensured my truck was ready and go. He was supportive and excellent. The Business Manager, Michael Ko, was quick completing the mountain of paperwork. He made the requisite offers of warranty, undercoating, etc. I declined the offers, and he was not the usual pushy obnoxious business managers I have encountered over the years. He was respectful of my decision. I am very satisfied with my truck. Mr Morataya, Mr Rezki, and Mr Ko were super. I would go back if/when I need another vehicle, but I would only deal with those three men. I would leave immediately if "Richard" walked up to me! Thank you Mr Morataya, Mr Rezki, and Mr Ko! More

I was charged $120 for an oil change and told it was due to a change in ownership. Extremely disappointing considering one of the stipulations the previous dealer offered me to buy my car from them was “Aut to a change in ownership. Extremely disappointing considering one of the stipulations the previous dealer offered me to buy my car from them was “Auto for Life,” which includes free oil changes for a lifetime warranty. I was told my warranty was expired and that the new ownership voided all past agreements. If that’s true, then that’s really poor customer service and leaves a bad first impression. This is the first and last time I will take my car there to be serviced. I’m sure when Ourisman bought Lustine, they paid for the list of existing clients, therefore you would think they would uphold agreements with existing clients. Well they just lost one, and I have no doubt they lose many more since Lustine used to charge $59.99 for oil changes anyway when I used pay for that service with my old car. If you have the money and don’t mind being overcharged, by all means go there. Otherwise, save your time and your money and visit Priority Toyota in Springfield or any other of the numerous auto shops of Route 1 for a better price. More
