As of now I received this survey I am still at the dealership. It has been more that 2 hours to be exact 2hrs and 22 minutes still counting. Just for regular service. On the other hand the concierge person was nice and came to update me and told me sorry it taking long, there is something going on at the back. If this wasn’t not the first time I would be ok but this seam to be alway the case. I hope they are able to rectify this for near future. Buying a car is not a regular thing one does but if I have to buy a car I will really consider buying service here or recommend it to anyone. More

My service advisor, Michael Nelson was excellent. He got my appointment set on the day and time that worked best for me.
