As of now I received this survey I am still at the dealership. It has been more that 2 hours to be exact 2hrs and 22 minutes still counting. Just for regular service. On the other hand the concierge person was nice and came to update me and told me sorry it taking long, there is something going on at the back. If this wasn’t not the first time I would be ok but this seam to be alway the case. I hope they are able to rectify this for near future. Buying a car is not a regular thing one does but if I have to buy a car I will really consider buying service here or recommend it to anyone. More

My service advisor, Michael Nelson was excellent. He got my appointment set on the day and time that worked best for me. Long story short, the vehicle didn't arrive until over three months later. Mainwhile, they executed the purchase and got toyota finance to release financing for the car and placed me in a position to have to make monthly car payment on a car that I had not received. Also, when I finally received my car, the tire pressure warning lamp was on and they were diagnosed the issue but instead, they just deleted the code and so it came right back on after about 30 miles.
