Zero stars, new/used Jeep inoperable, unfriendly staff, completely incompetent service, basically stole my van and my money and left me stranded with a vehicle that won't even start. If you want the full s completely incompetent service, basically stole my van and my money and left me stranded with a vehicle that won't even start. If you want the full story, here is the email I wrote to the GM of used cars last night. If it is rectified COMPLETELY I will update the review, but ONLY once it is COMPLETELY rectified, because at this point, their "sales and service" has been criminally insufficient and I'm not going to be at all quiet about it. Here's the story: --------- Good morning, I hope today finds you in a better situation than it finds me. I have a situation that needs to be rectified as soon as possible, and I will keep making noise until it is. My Jeep is INOPERABLE, UNSTARTABLE, and stranded, parked in my ex husband's neighbor's parking spot. It needs to be towed to the junkyard, and I need a refund, as in YESTERDAY. I left you voice mails as well, but I think it's important that this is in writing. I picked up my new/used 2018 Jeep Renegade yesterday around 4-4:30 PM. I purchased the Jeep less than a month and a half ago. I brought it to you guys three weeks ago to check the brakes, fix the sunroof, and check the sensor on the license plate light, which appeared to be malfunctioning. I was told the repairs would take three or maybe four days and was given a rental van in the meantime. Three days later, I had heard nothing so I called and was told it would be a week. After the week, I had heard nothing so I called again, and was told it would be another few days. The rental van was towed from my parking spot because it had been parked there too long, and by the time I realized that, the office was closed so they towed me. That cost me $200, plus my son missed his allergy shots that day. I got a guest pass for the rental, which expired August 1. I called Toyota again a few days later, and was told they ordered the wrong part and it would be another week. A week passed, and still, I heard nothing. This runaround continued until Friday, August 2 when I called to say I would like to pick up my Jeep and they could call me when the parts had arrived. Up to this point, I had been patient and courteous. I picked up the Jeep Sunday, August 4, around 4-3:30 PM. It took 30 minutes for anyone to even put the new plates on the Jeep. It was obvious NO one wanted to deal with it. In addition, there was plastic on the seats, trash in the cup holders, and greasy fingerprints smeared all over the sunroof which was, as I knew, still inoperable. I cleaned that up myself and tossed the trash in your trash cans. I drove it home, thinking it was AT LEAST, safe and road worthy. Within five minutes, the airbag service lights came on, but I thought maybe it was still okay. I drove to my destination intending to drop off my kids at my ex husband's house. After that, the Jeep would not start, would not turn over at all, even with a jump. Therefore, it is still sitting, stranded at my ex husband's house parked in his neighbor's parking spot, likely to get towed at someone's expense (it will NOT be mine). When we popped the hood, there were pieces your guys did not even bother to reattach correctly. I have video of us trying to start it, and of how it looked when we opened up the hood. I drove myself and my kids home and to their dad's house in a Jeep that had pieces just floating around, unattached, under the hood. Had it not failed to start, I likely would not even have known about the safety hazard under the hood. That's as much as I can write here but you get the picture. I will be using UBer and buses to get to work, and I'll be waiting for my phone call. More

What a difference a service advisor makes. My service advisor yesterday Tony Van Houten was the worst representative my wife and I have had in bringing our 5 Toyota vehicles since 1984. We had My service advisor yesterday Tony Van Houten was the worst representative my wife and I have had in bringing our 5 Toyota vehicles since 1984. We had a simple 95K service which is simply an oil change and tire rotation promised for 3pm. I left several messages to get a status, call back, and ride to the dealership. Didn’t get a call back until 4:30. We missed our dinner reservation and not one word of apology. We had to walk to the back lot to get our car. And we didn’t get the car serviced! We would give zero stars if we could. I’m going to switch to Springfield Toyota for all services going forward as it is near my work. Wow, just the worst experience ever. Grand reopening here means they don’t care about customer service any more. If this is a way they treat a loyal 40-year brand customer, they’re done. More

Ourisman Toyota, the dealership, was a huge disappointment. They tacked on a $2,000 fee to the price of every vehicle for no apparent reason. I will not be back to replace my 2006 Toyota Sienna as long as this money-grab remains. More
