I have been at this dealer twice since the New ownership took place. I have been coming here since 2010 before new ownership. The first time I was there right after Oursman took ownership I took my 2019 took place. I have been coming here since 2010 before new ownership. The first time I was there right after Oursman took ownership I took my 2019 4Runner for an oil change. The technician forgot to remove the previous O ring from the filter and double the O rings. After I left the dealer, I made a trail of oil from there to my home. I had to have my 4Runner towed back to the dealer. I got a free oil change and tire rotation for the next bust. I was happy. First week in July 2023 I was there for an oil change in my Tundra and the technician hand force closed my driver power mirror. I got my truck back and I thought he had broken the internal mechanism. Luckily that was not the case. After pressing the button on and off it fixed it self but not without making that horrendous noice when gears are not engaging. So I really think their quality of work has gone down since the last owners. I know a lot of people left the dealer when the new owners came, probably wanted to pay them less. We will see what happens! More
