I asked for my keys form the salesman - once, twice... He went to get them and came back with his boss who kept the sales (theft) tactic going. I asked him for my keys...he ignored me and kept talking. Afer a few minutes, I stood up and yelled that I had asked for my keys THREE times...I had better have my keys in the next two minutes or I would leave and call the police...I would press charges for auto theft and kidnapping as they were keeping me there against my will. i then started talked in a very louid voice of how they were trying to rip me off and that every customer (and there were several) better be careful. My keys appeared quickly and I left. The next day, I called the GM to inform hiom and he didn't care. I wrote Chrysler, but it looks like that didn't matter. Lustine Dodge is a viper pit (no pun)! The customer service manager told me I got a free accessory or 500 off the undercoating package, and then at signing it was if I got the undercoating. They told me they would check on a second key while I signed and after it was over couldn’t get me one. Now, they call me 2 weeks later saying they miscalculated the price of my registration and how would I like to pay the extra 90 bucks! Do yourself a favor and find another dealer. More

The general sales manager is the worst of the lot. He refused to refund my deposit when we couldn't make a deal. I asked him if he was serious and he replied "go get a lawyer." I am not only doing that but am posting to every website on the net about this experience. If anyone has a problem with this dealership, also complain to Toyota directly at 1800 331 4331. I was sold a used vehicle that had been wrecked and damaged. The damage was not disclosed and was sold to me with a clean "carfax" report, as the damage had occurred while in their custody and was not damaged. After purchasing the car back from me, they resold it with the same erroneous information for nearly double its actual value.<br><br>My new purchase, to replace the used car, was handled very badly, with outrageous shenanigans involving selling the promised car to someone else before I could get there on two different occasions, despite a deposit, and harrassment over delivery of the vehicle.<br><br>My interaction with this dealership over the purchase of my new car was the absolute worst transaction I have ever made. I would definately not recommend this dealership. More
