I had gotten quotes from other sites prior to visit to establish a benchmark since my experience was the dealer always was higher. I was pleased that repair costs were comparable or better. Moreover, the service advisor kept me informed at each step of the way of my options and time required. The decision were always mine without any "sales pressure". I felt I was part of the process and they were really working for me. As the Master card ad goes... PRICELESS and this term " PRICELESS" best describes my experience with Tim Shanahan at Lustine for service. I will use Lustine again for other repairs based on this experience. More
