I would avoid his dealership like he plague. I spoke to ben over the phone regarding a new car I wanted and was shopping around for pricing. I spoke with a salesman named Ryan who told me he had the exact ben over the phone regarding a new car I wanted and was shopping around for pricing. I spoke with a salesman named Ryan who told me he had the exact car I wanted in stock. We agreed to an out-the-door price with Maryland registration, tax and tags. I couldn't go in that evening, but planned to go in the next day. I called the next day and he told me the exact car I wanted had been sold (how many minivans get sold in less than 12hrs). That being said, Ryan said he would see if his manager would honor the price if I came in that day. I confirmed the out the door price again before driving down here from DC. When we arrived, Ryan was very nice and courteous, the showrroom was nice and filled with people and cars. I did notice that most of the salesman were in their 20's. Ryan started with routine about why we should by a car from Lustine Toyota. We signed an initial disclosure form with the car specs and out the door price. He then made copies of my drivers license and insurance card. He then came back with a preliminary contract for me to sign before he got the car. It had the correct final price, but only listed about 1000 in taxes. Taxes on the car should have been about 2000, and he said he must have made a mistake. He went to his sales manager, came back and asked if we could register the car in VA instead of MD. I said that was not the deal we agreed on and it essentially puts a 1000 dollars back in the dealers pocket. He walked away and his sales manager alex came this time. He said he was trying to figure out a way to make the deal happen. He asked again for us to register the car in VA. He then asked if we were willing to buy a car they had in stock. He then had the audacity to imply he would make the deal if we bought two cars!!! Ultimately he stated he could not honor the price, I was quoted. Furthermore, when I stated how much trouble this was for us, he stated he had been working hard to get us the car!!!! Oh yes so difficult to lie to the consumer to get us to come in, falsify a contract in hopes of getting me to sign it and then not honor a verbal deal. These guys are crooks and I am lucky I read the fine print or I could have a huge issue on my hand. Even if you are looking for a deal, I would just avoid these guys. More

My service was AWESOME in every aspect. This evaluation is not inflated. I am a retired Marine and have lived a life of requiring high standards. Even though my repairs required several thousands of dollars on an eight year old Toyota Highlander, I felt confident that repair work quality and price for repair were reasonable. I had gotten quotes from other sites prior to visit to establish a benchmark since my experience was the dealer always was higher. I was pleased that repair costs were comparable or better. Moreover, the service advisor kept me informed at each step of the way of my options and time required. The decision were always mine without any "sales pressure". I felt I was part of the process and they were really working for me. As the Master card ad goes... PRICELESS and this term " PRICELESS" best describes my experience with Tim Shanahan at Lustine for service. I will use Lustine again for other repairs based on this experience. More

For the past 15 years, Chrissy has ALWAYS been cordial, efficient and available. She has returned phone calls to me even on her days off!
