My husband I went in looking for a used car. We had awesome service. Herbie, (our sales rep) made sure we got everything we needed and wanted in the car. When I called to schedule the appt the customer service rep didn't schedule me for the correct servie-she wrote inspection instead of emissions. I had to call back to have her correct it. He was trying to keep my service I suppose, but I didn't know it mattered who I saw. More
My wife and I went into lustine looking for a new car. We were greeted by Herbie Rivera who did a wonderful job with finding us the cars we were interested in and showed a wonderful variety. Richard Morataya was very easy to work with. I worked with him for a couple months while I made my desicion on what make of vehicle I wanted to buy. Once I narrowed it down, he took the time to make sur with him for a couple months while I made my desicion on what make of vehicle I wanted to buy. I went for my 10,000 mile servicing for my 2011 toyota Prius. I called 3 hours before scheduling the appointment and the Assistant service manager Anthony Jones was able to get me an appointment for that Prius. I called 3 hours before scheduling the appointment and the Assistant service manager Anthony Jones was able to get me an appointment for that very day after I got off work. I had been avoiding the service because I thought it would be time consuming but in under 40 minutes-the tire rotation, oil change service etc was complete. Anthony knew I couldn't wait for too long, so the complimentary car wash wasn't done-but he advised I could stop by anytime that I had the time and Anthony would make sure the car gets washed. I am very happy and will come to Lustine for my routine servicing More
