I get my car service at Lustine Toyota every 5k miles and since Bryant Jones has been my service advisor I have had no issues. When I called to schedule the appt the customer service rep didn't schedule me for the correct servie-she wrote inspection instead of emissions. I had to call back to have her correct it. Richard Morataya was very easy to work with. I worked with him for a couple months while I made my desicion on what make of vehicle I wanted to buy.
