When I called to schedule the appt the customer service rep didn't schedule me for the correct servie-she wrote inspection instead of emissions. I had to call back to have her correct it. Richard Morataya was very easy to work with. I worked with him for a couple months while I made my desicion on what make of vehicle I wanted to buy. I went for my 10,000 mile servicing for my 2011 toyota Prius. I called 3 hours before scheduling the appointment and the Assistant service manager Anthony Jones was able to get me an appointment for that Prius. I had been avoiding the service because I thought it would be time consuming but in under 40 minutes-the tire rotation, oil change service etc was complete. Anthony knew I couldn't wait for too long, so the complimentary car wash wasn't done-but he advised I could stop by anytime that I had the time and Anthony would make sure the car gets washed.
