I was in the market for a new vehicle, and once I decided what I wanted I started the process. I received a quote from Herbie Rivera online, and a couple of local Toyota dealerships. We scheduled an appointment to come in and discuss the price and what was available. Being a previous buyer from Lustine I felt like everything couldn't have been any easier. Lustine match the lowest quote received and found the exact vehicle down to options and color I wanted. Herbie drove to that dealership in rush hour traffic to pick it up. While we waited for our vehicle we sat down with Jessica Santiago to discuss after purchase options. She was more than helpful and saw the process through to its completion. I cam to the dealership to get my wifes RAV4 serviced. While there I met Steve and he told me that they were looking for a RAV4 for the inventory of their used cars. After talking to my wife we decided the Prius would be a good idea. I came back and Steve helped me with all of the questions and understanding the car. I had to think about it for a few days and when I Came back to buy the Prius he was busy with another customer. His coworker Hirby helped me and made me very happy with everything. Definitely go see these two guys if you need a good deal on a car like the Prius! More

I had my Toyota Tacoma in for 90,000 mile service and Bryant Jones was very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Lustine Toyota for quite a while now and most all of the service writers and managers know me by name. I currently have a 2005 Tacoma and I have over 220,000 miles on it and it is st now and most all of the service writers and managers know me by name. It has been serviced every 5000 miles by Technician Max Neely and I have used several service writers/managers...during that time and all seem very nice and friendly. Nino has done a great job up front. I think this place is great and would recommend it to anyone, especially Tech. Max Neely. He is the most knowledgable mechanic I have met and trust him to do work on everything I own. More

We had been thinking about trading in my wifes car and I investigated online the details on a Prius that she was interested in. After looking at a couple sites, I received a call from Lustine Toyota and ma investigated online the details on a Prius that she was interested in. After looking at a couple sites, I received a call from Lustine Toyota and made an appointment to go in a test drive a couple cars. The sales associate that we got was great, his name was Peter Nartey and he helped us find the perfect Prius for my wife and still within our budget. We decided to trade in her Corolla for the Prius and thanks to Peter, they received our trade in at a higher value and reduced the overall price of the Prius by quite a bit, making it a complete steal! Once we were ready to finalize the deal, we were sent to the Finance department and got set up with Andre Smith who was very nice and explained everything. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and overall making the whole process a lot easier. We defintely recommend Lustine Toyota woddbridge, and will be going back if we ever need another car! More
