I've gone plenty of times to Lustine Toyota for my car service needs and this was the first time that I met Bryant as my service advisor for that morning. Bryant is very professional at what he has does, he noticed that I had that look on my face that read "let's see how this service goes" Bryant gave me a timeframe when my car would be ready and he was right on the dot! I told Bryant that I love good customer service and that morning my hesitant look has changed to a happier look indicating that I was pleased with the service that was provided to me that morning.
