He will go the extra mile to extend personal service. On one occasion, he personally replaced the windshield wiper of my Toyota. I thought that was an excellent service! Tim is an asset to the company. More

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. This dealership is so dishonest it was unbelievable. They misrepresent their vehicles with an included extended service program. This is the m a car. This dealership is so dishonest it was unbelievable. They misrepresent their vehicles with an included extended service program. This is the method they use to sneak in multiple extended warranties that are severely over priced. They slipped 3, (yes 3!) extended warranties into my car purchase contract (I only purchased one car and explicitly told them multiple times that I was not interested in purchasing additional extended warranties). This added over $7000 in additional costs. This was so well hidden that I did not realize this until the day after I purchased the vehicle and was reviewing the finance terms in the paperwork. Their purchase contract folds up like a MAD magazine back page to conceal these hidden fees from view when you sign them. When I realized that I had been scammed so flagrantly, I immediately contacted my attorney for assistance in handling these crooks. Ultimately after a very hostile experience in Lustine's showroom they refunded my $7000, but not after repeated attempts to slip one or more of these fees back into the contract...UNREAL! I filed a complaint against this business with both the better business bureau and the state attorney general's office. My only regret at this point is that I didn't follow through with my personal attorney and just sue them on principle because I'm sure they're doing this kind of thing to unsuspecting customers daily. I would never do business with these people again and I'm sharing my buying experience with anyone I know who is car shopping. If you deal with this dealership, I highly recommend recording your conversation with each person you deal with or have a witness with you at all times, you'll need this evidence in court. More

We called the night before to make sure it was still available and they said it was. When we got there first thing in the morning we were told that the van just sold... really? So the salesman, Confidance, told us that they had another van to show us that was $4000 more but that a deal could be worked out to keep us in our price range. So after lots of negotiating and telling us that they lowered the price of the van a deal was made, even though we were over out maximum budget it was something we agreed to. We then moved on to work with the finance person, Delma. We started reviewing out paperwork and saw that the price of the van never changed. We asked Delma why and she just laughed and said "that's a salesman for ya." So after completing all of the paperwork we were told we were approved for our loan at a very low rate. After leaving Lustin and looking at the paperwork we noticed that Delma put an even lower interest rate on the paperwork than what she told us. Delma told us that our previous car would be paid off in time and we didn't need to worry about it. When we started receiving late notices we realized we needed to make the payment ourselves. 3 weeks after taking the car home Delma called us and told us that we weren't really approved for the loan and we needed to come in the next day to sign the new paperwork. The day before that Delma e-mailed us saying she needed to talk to us, but everything was ok and there were no problems. For some reason it took Lustine 3 weeks to tell us about the loan, even though we got a letter dated on 10 days later from the loan company sayign we were not approved based on the terms of the contract. We obviously did not agree to these terms and wer told that a manager would call me back later in the day (Friday). That phone call never happened. I called again the next day, again nobody ever called me back. On Tuesday (5 days later) I finally got to speak to someone. I was finally able to get in contact with the manager, Mike. He told me that the paperwork we signed was pending loan approval. After lots of phone calls I now understand that, but why were we never told this? They told us that we were approved before we even left the dealership. I asked Mike to show me in the contract where it says that it is pending loan approval. His first response to me was, "I don't have time to tell you that." Really? He finally told me where it was. We were told in order to keep the car we would need to put another $1000 down and pay $100 more a month. They also put the wrong license plates onto the minivan. This was by far the worst car dealer I have even come into contact with. We were lied to multiple times by multiple people. This is by far the shadiest dealership I have ever worked with. Needless to say they have their minivan back and we purchased a different one from a much more honest car dealership. More
Probably the best experience i have ever had at a car dealership in my 30 years of buying cars. Our Sales Representitive Da'Velle was exceptional. He was knowledgable, attentive and worked extremely ha dealership in my 30 years of buying cars. Our Sales Representitive Da'Velle was exceptional. He was knowledgable, attentive and worked extremely hard to make sure we were happy. The Sales Management and Customer Service was out of this world. Really seem to care that we were happy. We were on a time crunch and so our Finance person worked extremely fast to get everything done and there were no surprises at all. We love both cars that we bought that day and we really appreciated the Staff taking the time to look at our individual circumstance, and coming up with a deal that helped us out in more ways than you could imagine. The best dealership around by far and I would not hesitate to send anyone there who is looking to be treated like a customer. More
I hate buying cars and some of the bad reviews on here made me hesitant in going to Lustine. I'm extremely glad I didn't listen to them. I've had bad experiences with other dealers agreeing to terms onl made me hesitant in going to Lustine. I'm extremely glad I didn't listen to them. I've had bad experiences with other dealers agreeing to terms only to change them when I arrived on site (travelling 1 to 2 hours). I had no such problem with Lustine. They gave me the exact deal we had agreed to. The whole process took just over 2 hours. Matthew, the saleman, was friendly and helpful. The lady trying to sell extras (undercoating, etc) presented her info, but was never rude or pushy. The finance lady, Kelly, was the best I've ever dealt with. Even when issues came up, she kept the deal to the original agreed upon amount. When trying to sell the upgraded warranty, she could tell I wanted to discuss it with my wife. In the classiest move I've ever seem by a salesperson, she offered to leave the room so we could discuss it. (I hadn't wanted to ask her to step out because it was her office.) That move alone was almost enough to make me buy the extra warranty. Overall, this was the best experience my wife and I have ever had buying a vehicle. I live over an hour and a half from the dealership so I don't know anyone there (so I'm not "friends and family"). I also won't be having my Tundra serviced there so I can't comment on the service department. I didn't do a trade-in so I can't comment on that either. When looking for my truck, I had a hard line I didn't want to cross and Lustine got me that deal. The next closest deals were about the same price but they had 30 to 60 thousand more miles and little or no warranty (not toyota certified). Based on that, I say Lustine gave me a very nice deal. We recently bought a new Tacoma. Our seller was Da'Velle Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with the sale. He worked with my husband and met a price range that pleased us. He took Da'Velle Johnson. He was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy with the sale. He worked with my husband and met a price range that pleased us. He took very good care of us and even got our own car into the car wash! He took the time to call us the following day to see if everything was still okay; he was attentive and a few days after, when we came in for a scheduled appointment to add some things to the car, he approached us and asked us how we were doing with the car and if there was anything he could help us with. My husband and I recommend you look for Da'Velle Johnson when you go to this Toyota, he'll take good care of you. More
This is the worse dealership I've ever had to deal with! I had multiple problems with my car buying experience back in November '12 and I am STILL trying to get them figured out. My first problem star with! I had multiple problems with my car buying experience back in November '12 and I am STILL trying to get them figured out. My first problem started with finance and how the sales members did not correctly communicate our payoff to our trade in. They then rushed us through the signing of the paperwork and we didn't notice the almost 4k difference! They then had to go back through all our paperwork after my husband went in a complained that they made a MAJOR screw up. They had to take ownership for their mistake, as our correct payoff amount was in our paperwork. This first problem was resolved quickly, but every since that day this dealership has not wanted to help fix any of the other problems they've caused. Problem number two consists of my title and registration never being completed. I've had my car for almost four months and I am still driving around with temporary plates. WIth my husband being in the military we opted to have our car be registered in our home state. Lustine only needed my husbands LES and said they'd send in our paperwork no problem. They have yet to do anything and I've gone in five plus times trying to find out why nothing has been dealt with. They have continued to give me the run around and now have completely ignored my emails and phone calls. This dealership has the worst customer service and they keep saying that they strive for excellence and so on and so forth, this is bunch of bull! I will never be recommending this dealership to any military member in the DC Metro area. More
Had a wonderful experience with Greg Tardif. I bought a new Highlander from him and I must say it was the most professional, honest, and friendliest experience I have had. I look forward to working with Gr new Highlander from him and I must say it was the most professional, honest, and friendliest experience I have had. I look forward to working with Greg Tardif and sending all of my friends to him. After I bought the car he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was ok and a week later he sent me a hand written thank you card that I very much appreciated. Thank you Greg Tardif and Lustine Toyota. More
