Had an appointment for Friday morning to have a recall notice repair done. Made appointment 1-2 weeks prior. Went to drop car off Thursday evening and was told that the part that was needed was not ther notice repair done. Made appointment 1-2 weeks prior. Went to drop car off Thursday evening and was told that the part that was needed was not there, they had run out and would not have until after 1/15---no one bothered to call us to reschedule the appointment and there was no apology! Last month had a 30K servicing done and was quoted one price when calling to schedule, but when work was completed it was $40 more--no additional work was done. Again, no explanation or apology. We will NEVER go there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

We searched for the vehicle together which was a lea his way to ensure the desired vehicle (Camry SE) was available with the right options and color. We searched for the vehicle together which was a learning experience and a little fun. He explained all aspects of the Camry, including how it operates, how it is built, what makes a Camry different than other cars, reliability, mileage cost, safety rating, and cost savings over time. Hadley was very professional and knowledgeable about the Toyota Camry product. More
Received 'out the door quote' on new highlander, which was 300 better than local quote. We drove to dealership and then they said the 'out the door quote' didn't actually include taxes. Victor is the best! Everyone needs a Victor in their lives. We own 2 Toyotas so I am in the dealership every couple of months for oil changes. He makes sure I an in and out. I spent few hours in the morning over the phone and email to buy a 2013 Toyota Camry on a Monday, 09/23/2013. We reached over a deal with the sales manager and the he agreed to match the price that I receive to buy a 2013 Toyota Camry on a Monday, 09/23/2013. We reached over a deal with the sales manager and the he agreed to match the price that I received from a nearby Toyota dealer. I packed my family and drove 70 miles to bring the car. Guess what!!! The Sales Manager couldn't find the car even though there were 2 cars with same MSRP that were still listed on the its website. As a courtesy (:-)), Sales person offered me a similar Camry (missing navigation package + demo model with 5K miles on it). What a waste of time. I wouldn't go there every. Can't remember I ever heard an apology from the sales manager or his manager. More
MY ELDERLY WIFE AND I bought a new 2012 Toyota Yaris last fall (2012), for what we were told would be less than $19,000. After the paperwork was complete, however, the actual "sale" price came to $28,383.84. fall (2012), for what we were told would be less than $19,000. After the paperwork was complete, however, the actual "sale" price came to $28,383.84. Monthly payments would be $394.22 for 72 months. The "deal" included several costly "service" contracts that we thought were included in the original price, but instead added nearly $10,000 to the cost! A real budget buster! After reviewing the contract we too hastily signed, we cancelled $4,500 worth of the contracts and requested that the resulting reduced price of the Yaris be refinanced by the dealer's finance group, Toyota Financial Services (TFS), which collects payments through a Carol Stream, Illinois, location,. TFS, however, refused to refinance the contract, claiming it is an "indirect lender," and not able to recalculate or refinance a car deal. Turns out TFS is not subject to government regulations or other usual credit-granting rules. Our position is that if TFS can FINANCE a car, it should be able to REFINANCE the deal. Lustine's management also refused to renegotiate or reduce the usurious cost of the car. Now, unless we attempt to refinance the car with a reputable bank, we will pay TWICE the Blue Book value ($13,638) for the Yaris over the course of six years! What bank would refinance a $13,000 car for $23,000 ? No advantage to either party. LESSONS: 1) DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM LUSTINE TOYOTA UNLESS YOU ENJOY DEALING WITH UNABASHED GREED. 2) DO NOT AGREE TO FINANCE A TOYOTA VEHICLE THROUGH TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES. More
Took my wife's Camry to Lustine for scheduled service today. Lustine staff did a great job. Person I had primary face-to-face contact with, of course, was Service Advisor Victor Bassey--coordinator of today. Lustine staff did a great job. It's not the first time I've written with a commendation for Mr Bassey. He's passionate in his concern for client service, but obviously loyal to his dealership and Toyota. I was very nervous and apprehensive as how to approach purchasing a new car by myself. Given the fact that I am a senior citizen and a female. However, Larry and Danny made the whole experience comfortabl purchasing a new car by myself. Given the fact that I am a senior citizen and a female. However, Larry and Danny made the whole experience comfortable for me. I was treated with respect and they were very informative and willing to answer my many questions in order that I could make an informative decision on which car to purchase. Once that decision was made they worked extra hard to meet the requirements that I needed to make the purchase of my new highlander. I feel that Danny Vasquez is an extremely important asset to Lustine as he goes the extra mile to work with the customer. What I liked about Larry's approach when I walked into the dealership, was that he was not aggressive and really wanted to help me. Both Danny and Larry also didn't rush me and were willing to work with me for as long as I needed. Everyone that I came in contact with during the purchase of my car was extremely nice and the customer service that I was shown that day was excellent. I would and will highly recommend Lustine Toyota. More

He was very nice response to customers. My mom has 2003 sequia. this vehicle had a 3 recalls. Jose was booked in manassas miller toyota service. Miller toyota service guy told me that needs to be replaced the pad and rotor. but we did no take.... Because....My mom wanted to do a service to the Jose. So we came here and pads and rotors have been replaced. My mom used to be dont trust dealer. Since we met him.....we has been changed....
