My primary contact is Chrissy Cokinos and she is thorough, professional, pleasant and works to keep a customer informed of their car's needs---when a repair NEEDS to be made and when a service can wait for a future visit. She's on top of any discoveries the technician makes and keeping a customer abreast of this and allowing them to authorize before proceeding or advising on options if they're not sure their budget can accommodate. Because of her advice/recommendations, the routine maintenance performed on my Camry at Lustine's service department has kept it on the road with never a problem or breakdown. Thank you Chrissy! More

THE WORST - Did not Honor Sales Price and Other Agreed Terms The sales associate who was helping us with the purchase of a brand new vehicle called us and asked us to come in and would beat the best price provid The sales associate who was helping us with the purchase of a brand new vehicle called us and asked us to come in and would beat the best price provided from another dealership. Over the phone, the associate confirmed that he received approval from the manager to sell us the vehicle at an agreed price, while taking advantage of the financing promotion of .9% for 60 months. Upon arrival, we were shown the car we would be purchasing and test drove it. The salesman stalled the transaction for about 2 hours. When asked, what the hold up was, they explained the manager was busy and wanted to go over the final pricing with us. When he was finally available to talk to us, he said there was a mis-communication between him and the sales associate and that he could not honor the price they mentioned over the phone. They wanted to add an additional $1,000 to the price, which was even higher than the price of the original offer we received from the first dealership. At best, he said he could only match that price. We explained that we drove further to get to his place and the only reason why we did was because of what the sales associate promised over the phone. His reply, "that's not my problem, this is the price, do you want to buy the car or not". His was extremely rude and did not even try to make things right. His attitude was the worst I've ever experienced. It seemed that he did not care that I was upset or that the fault was not ours. When I asked for his name, he wouldn't give it to me (I had to go to the website to find out based on the picture posted). At this point, he then proceeded to stand up, take the contract that the sales associate produced (and that I signed) and tear it up in front of me and other customers. He then told me to "get out of my store, I don't want you here". I followed him over to his desk and asked him if this is how he treats customers and he said "get out, I don't want to do business with people like you". Please be mindful that even under these circumstances, I did not lose my cool or do anything rash - there were plenty of other employees and customers around (including the sales associates who have been helping me and couldn't even look me in the eye). In the meantime, his sales associate realized the severity of the situation and tried to make things right and continued to promise to get us the car at the agreed terms. This ended up to be an additional waste of 30 minutes or so until he finally came back and said "I'm sorry sir, I can't sell you this car" before walking away. I was left sitting there and everyone who was helping me just simply walked away. When I asked for the Manager's name, as well as his boss's name, nobody gave it to me. Hands down, worst experience ever - in any type of business dealing. Not only did they lie to me, they were extremely rude and unsympathetic. While the associates realized the mistake made, the manager acted as though nothing happened. I will be certain to share this story with the VP of his dealership, as well as Toyota Corporate and every review website I can get a hold of. More

I've received great service every time and she always makes it a pleasant experience. This last time I took advantage of the shuttle ride to get some Christmas shopping done at the mall. When a problem came up with my vehicle, she was right on top of it and called me before proceeding further with the service. When I returned from shopping everything was handled. It's such a pleasure to work with someone who is so knowledgeable and passionate about her job. More

He is prompt to return my calls, schedules my service when its convenient for me, always offers a ride home or a loaner vehicle if the service will take time, tells me about specials, gives me accurate, unbiased information, and is especially sensitive to my budgetary constraints. He is extremely trustworthy and the only service rep with whom my husband and I have been thrilled.
