Lustine = Commitment to Excellence I've been a Lustine customer for a very long time. And you want to know what keeps me coming back? Certainly you could say the great Toyota cars ... I've been a Lustine customer for a very long time. And you want to know what keeps me coming back? Certainly you could say the great Toyota cars ... but I can get them at any other dealership ... so it's the service. John Villamizar is by far, the absolute BEST service rep ever! I've been with Toyota for 20+ years and some of the time it was with Jack Taylor in Alexandria. But ... John Villamizar has kept me coming back to the Woodbridge Lustine because of his attention to detail, his commitment to excellence, and his unparalleled customer service. Example? I made a 9am appointment online (oh technology - thank you!) but really wanted the 730am so I could get to work. I had to schedule my 20K and I had a flat tire too! I just mentioned it in the comment section online and VOILA ... John emailed me and let me know to just come in asap and he'd get me in ... no matter what... because he knew the importance of being on time. John also reached out on LinkedIn. We've communicated for via LinkedIn about car necessities (making additional keys, flat tires, Toyota ExtraCare service, etc) and I find it refreshing that no matter WHEN I send him a message, he replies. (did I mention his dedication???). Kudos to Lustine for having an awesome employee like John Villamizar ... and Kudos to Toyota for having a great dealership like Lustine. Thumbs up! More
Take your business elsewhere! Toyota's reputation is known for the quality of their cars, unfortunately this dealership and it's manager does not care much for quality of anything. My family and I have been loyal customers of Toyota for many many years. This is the first time ever that we have been treated so poorly by any employee of a Toyota dealership. The rudeness and unpleasant treatment is beyond compare. I highly urge you to take your business to ANY other Toyota dealership because you will be treated like a customer rather than a child. The drive to Woodbridge is not an easy one to say the least, but we were promised a price and told to leave another dealership to come immediately to sign papers. When we arrived, we worked through all the numbers as promised by the salesman who had been in contact with us and the papers were SIGNED. The manager, Amine Rekzi, then comes out to tell us they cannot honor that price and the salesman misunderstood. Of course we were floored. Buying a car is a daunting task in itself - and they are not likely to make a mistake of this kind. We agreed both on the phone and the papers have all been signed. Instead of trying to work it out with us, Amine took our contract is tore it up and told us to leave. He even had other employees come direct us out of the dealership. We left that dealership furious given no choice and made out to be the ones in the wrong. If you want to be scammed, lied to and cheated then this is the location for you. Lustine needs to reconsider some members of their employment staff. Buying a car is a big purchase - we were there to give them business and that is how we were treated. We bought the same car the exact same day, from a dealership closer to our home. It was our blessing in disguise. For anyone who does not live in Woodbridge already, you don't need to bother yourself with the trip there only to find yourself disappointed with the price and customer service you will receive. Avoid the headache now, and go to a bigger and newer dealership like Toyota Springfield. - A mistreated customer More

Chrissy Cokinos is my go to service department rep. She always takes the time to listen and provides service only for what I need. Chrissy always makes sure that I take advantage of every savings available. I appreciate her pleasant demeanor, for always fitting me in whenever my car needs service and especially for finding me the best deals for the service I need. Thanks Chrissy!!! More

THE WORST - Did not Honor Sales Price and Other Agreed Terms The sales associate who was helping us with the purchase of a brand new vehicle called us and asked us to come in and would beat the best price provid The sales associate who was helping us with the purchase of a brand new vehicle called us and asked us to come in and would beat the best price provided from another dealership. Over the phone, the associate confirmed that he received approval from the manager to sell us the vehicle at an agreed price, while taking advantage of the financing promotion of .9% for 60 months. Upon arrival, we were shown the car we would be purchasing and test drove it. The salesman stalled the transaction for about 2 hours. When asked, what the hold up was, they explained the manager was busy and wanted to go over the final pricing with us. When he was finally available to talk to us, he said there was a mis-communication between him and the sales associate and that he could not honor the price they mentioned over the phone. They wanted to add an additional $1,000 to the price, which was even higher than the price of the original offer we received from the first dealership. At best, he said he could only match that price. We explained that we drove further to get to his place and the only reason why we did was because of what the sales associate promised over the phone. His reply, "that's not my problem, this is the price, do you want to buy the car or not". His was extremely rude and did not even try to make things right. His attitude was the worst I've ever experienced. It seemed that he did not care that I was upset or that the fault was not ours. When I asked for his name, he wouldn't give it to me (I had to go to the website to find out based on the picture posted). At this point, he then proceeded to stand up, take the contract that the sales associate produced (and that I signed) and tear it up in front of me and other customers. He then told me to "get out of my store, I don't want you here". I followed him over to his desk and asked him if this is how he treats customers and he said "get out, I don't want to do business with people like you". Please be mindful that even under these circumstances, I did not lose my cool or do anything rash - there were plenty of other employees and customers around (including the sales associates who have been helping me and couldn't even look me in the eye). In the meantime, his sales associate realized the severity of the situation and tried to make things right and continued to promise to get us the car at the agreed terms. This ended up to be an additional waste of 30 minutes or so until he finally came back and said "I'm sorry sir, I can't sell you this car" before walking away. I was left sitting there and everyone who was helping me just simply walked away. When I asked for the Manager's name, as well as his boss's name, nobody gave it to me. Hands down, worst experience ever - in any type of business dealing. Not only did they lie to me, they were extremely rude and unsympathetic. While the associates realized the mistake made, the manager acted as though nothing happened. I will be certain to share this story with the VP of his dealership, as well as Toyota Corporate and every review website I can get a hold of. More
