Great customer service I was referred to this dealership and specifically Ryan Klein when I experienced a flat tire on the Saturday before Xmas on my way to Florida. Althou I was referred to this dealership and specifically Ryan Klein when I experienced a flat tire on the Saturday before Xmas on my way to Florida. Although the service center was extremely busy, Ryan made me feel welcome and took care of my needs. Ryan was very professional and explained the potential service needed thoroughly. His demeanor relaxed my nerves as the flat was a wrench thrown into my plans, especially since I am not from the Woodbridge area. In addition to Ryan's great service, the service area is immaculate and every employee I had random interaction with was friendly. If I am ever in the market to replace my Highlander, I actually may consider this dealership even though it is not close to my home due to their great customer service. More

She always takes the time to explain the diagnosis of the repair and if there are multiple problems she would let me know which repair is most urgent. She would go all out to make me comfortable with the repair estimate and I have not had to come back after a service or repair. When she left for a period of time I was at a loss and would hold back servicing my 2004 Sienna. When I received that call from her telling she was back I set up the service that was past due right away. Lustine also has very good automobile technicians and they also deserve praise for the work they do. I am very happy with LUSTINE TOYOTA. More
