I went to this dealership looking for a 2011 scion tc (standard trans). It was a hard to find Vehicle. Luckily Albert Sanchez went out of his way to find the car that i wanted. my parents were surprised (standard trans). It was a hard to find Vehicle. Luckily Albert Sanchez went out of his way to find the car that i wanted. my parents were surprised on how hard he tried to help me. So i get my desired car and desired color (Super White). Great standard pricing as usual with low payments. Of course i had to add the 5 axis lip kit =D. That same day my mom liked the 2011 corolla and she was hooked so we cleft out the dealership 3 cars deep. You guys are awesome. Special thanks to Albert Sanchez for making all this happen. More
I purchased a Toyota Tacoma recently, been to other Toyota dealers before but this one by far was incrediable, friendly staff and a wide selective choice of Cars. The sales man Albert Sanchez defintenl Toyota dealers before but this one by far was incrediable, friendly staff and a wide selective choice of Cars. The sales man Albert Sanchez defintenly was willing to help us out. He let us know that it was his job to find us exactly what we were looking for and if they didn't have one in the lot he could find us one elsewhere by the company. Price range was resonable as is to all trucks out there and you can never go wrong on Toyota they are good quality cars and trucks. Luckly we found the one we wanted there. He helped us out and worked with us. Everything I asked for he showed me before rushing to paper work. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime but the service from this sales man was amazing. I would definetly recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy any type of toyota used or new. This dealership is a lot smaller then most but the staff all has great customer service, and you can find what your looking for here. The sales man aren't like most out there either where they follow you like dogs they give you room to breathe. And they all know bout there cars. So iam pleased to say that my overal experience and quality of work was 5 stars. More

This is a smaller dealership away from the beaten path of nearby freeways. No fancy customer lounge or coffee shops. Free coffee. Shuttle service can be slow & unreliable at times-only one shuttle van operating. Whittier has had 4 or 5 medium-large new car dealerships close within 2 years. Ouch. All American brand automakers. Wonder why? The only 2 remaining are Community Honda & this one, Toyota of Whittier. They have a loyal following, being they're the only game in town. I've been going to them for many years because of the convenience. There's only 3 service advisers & 1 service mgr., but they get to know you by name. I like that. That way, if there is a problem, you can work it out with any of all 4 of them. My one concern is with the service techs. A lot of youngsters. I doubt they are ASE certified. Cheaper labor maybe? That worries me. Inexperience & immaturity means my cars become guinea pigs. Although, most work performed is routine maintenance, I haven't had any big problems on some moderate-major repairs. Maybe they have a Master Yoda tech hiding out behind the scenes, I hope. Last year, I purchased a new truck. I tried to make a deal with Toyota of Whittier, but the sales staff wasn't receptive at all. They let a willing, able & ready buyer walk off. Found another dealership, with a larger inventory and a friendlier sales staff. Got the exact truck I wanted and at a better deal than my initial offer made to Toyota of Whittier. Took my new truck back to Toyota of Whittier for the 10,000 mile service. When I got it back, I noticed a scuff on my bumper, its first :-(, grease on my interior carpet & valve caps missing. Unfortunately, I didn't notice this until the following day in the light. If I do go back for service, I am definitely gonna mention it to Sammy & the guys. Only reason I recommend this dealership is because they're a smaller outfit that gets to know you. But beware of the young, inexperienced service techs. More
