I came to Toyota of Watertown to look at new cars on President's Day weekend. He was very accommodating and answered my many questions while at the same time being very low pressure. He found me the car I was looking for and the experience was very positive. What drew me to the dealership in the first place was the outstanding service I had received previously on my other vehicle. Mike Mason and his crew couldn't have served me better. I was always greeted with a smile and an offer of coffee and food in their beautiful waiting area. I look forward to entrusting my beautiful new car to Toyota of Watertown for a long time to come. We have purchased all of our four Prius's at Toyota of Watertown and had an overall excellent experience. Our many years of experience with other domestic car dealerships was disappointing and at times terrible. This dealership has been a breath of fresh air from the start and does things right. On the very few occasions when the problem didn't get resolved on first visit, they did the right thing and got it taken care of, took responsibility for the fix, made sure it was right. We look forward to doing business with them and have confidence in Toyota's commitment to quality and attention to detail and to ongoing customer surveys and interaction. The quality is great and the price is fair for the great value we get. I'm not a car expert, but have a good mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge, and a science background and know value when I see it. More
Alex and Randy were amazingly helpful when I was looking for a new Toyota. They went out of their way to make sure I'd be comfortable in the car (I have a bad back) by letting me take it for an extended tes for a new Toyota. And they didn't employ any of the high-pressure sales tactics I've previously seen at other places. I would highly recommend this dealership for its courteous, friendly staff and excellent customer service. More
I have found everyone very open, accessible and friendly - both in dealing with me and with others. In June, wanting to take advantage of rebates, discounting, trade-ins and low financing I purchased a 2009 - both in dealing with me and with others. In June, wanting to take advantage of rebates, discounting, trade-ins and low financing I purchased a 2009 Corolla S. In fairness, I tested the waters mostly via the internet - then narrowed the search to finalize inventory and pricing. James Hawkins was a good advovate to listen and help close the deal. Service is very key and my decision was also based on a dealership, while large enough, still resembling a neighbor feel with many repeat customers. I believe I have found that in Watertown and highly recomend them (including the van driver). I have spoken directly with Mike Mason,the service manager and emailed him. Most recently I returned for my "recall" visit and they could not have been more helpful. Jeff greeted me at 6:55 a.m. and was still smiling at 6:55 p.m. when I returned from work. These are good people! More

Right after I test drove my Corolla, the recall notice happened. James assured me he would find a safe car for me (JT VIN) and he did! The only thing I did not get to choose was the color - I had wanted white (1998 Camry was white) - but silver with a gray interior is a good choice as well. I only purchased a new car because my Camry was totalled in a black ice spin-out. Purchased that at Watertown Toyota as well, back in 1998. Everyone at the dealership has been so friendly and thanked me for my purchase. More
I have always had great experiences with the service department at Toyota of Watertown. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. The prices are very fair and the technicians are great. I've never had any problems with any of the services performed on my car (from fixing the suspension caused by a pothole to regular oil changes. The service department has a huge waiting area with tv/water/coffee/snacks while you wait (the wait time is not long at all if you schedule your service in advance). Overall, the whole service operation runs great. I would recommend for anyone to take their car here for service. More
I bought my first new car at Watertown. David was incredibly helpful while I considered the car and he's been fantastic since the purchase getting all the details in line. The driver's side back brake light casing had an abrasion on it when I went to pick up the car and the dealer promptly agreed to replace the light casing free of charge. I feel great about the purchase and I would buy my next car here. More
I have dealt with Toyota of Watertown since 1991, when I purchased a Corolla. Now I have a Prius (which I love!). The service reps have all been incredibly nice to me (one of whom I have known since I got purchased a Corolla. Now I have a Prius (which I love!). The service is always performed thoroughly and properly, and the prices are on par with other dealerships. Besides the top-quality service, they have extended hours during the week, plus they're open on Saturdays. The waiting area is bright and clean, and they always have free coffee, water, fruit and other refreshments. They also have a free shuttle service. More

This was the second of three dealerships in the area that I was planning on visiting including the dealership which handled my original lease. My salesman, and the Sales manager, at Toyota of Watertown took the time to understand what I was looking for in a car and what I was able/willing to pay. They were professional, personable and honest (i.e., no BS) with me on my first visit to see them. I never went to see the third dealership and the first dealership lost my business because they weren't able (or unwilling) to meet my requests. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car and will certainly be heading back in the upcoming months to look for a second car for my family. More
