I bought my 2006 new Camry here. Worked with Alex. Price was reasonable (as far as I know). No hassel. No pressure. I was completely satisfied. For service of my car, I go nowhere, but Toyota of Watertown. Everybody there is very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The service advisers are knowledgeable and accommodative. Service of my car is always done correctly, efficiently, and on time. I am always completely satisfied. I feel compelled to mention that this dealership has an immaculate waiting room for the service customers. It is very large, clean, well furnished, and well maintained. Aside from a large, flat-screen cable TV, it has plenty of reading material. I have waited there for upto 3 hours to have my car serviced, but never felt bored or tired. Free coffee, donuts, muffins, cookies, danishes, variety of fruits, and bottled drinking water are always available. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. I think they have a couple of free WiFi stations too (one has to bring his/her own laptop), but I have never used that facility. The reception staff and cashiers are all friendly and courteous. Even their valets are well trained and always smiling. Toyota of Watertown also provides shuttle services to and from nearby towns for those customers who cannot wait to have their cars serviced. I once took advantage of this service. Their mini-van for this service was clean, and the driver who provided service to me (I think his name was Lee - a guy from Ethiopia?) was extremely friendly and had a good sense of humor. I still remember his face! In conclusion, I strongly recommend Toyota of Watertown both for buying a Toyota and for having a Toyota serviced. More
Toyota of Watertown really understands what good service is. I was having trouble working my GPS and Bluetooth telephone on my new Toyota. Your Service Advisor Kamel is one of the best that you have. This is the reason I keep coming back to him. Kamel takes care of his customers. Toyota of Watertown has been great to deal with from a sales standpoint and also now service. I bought a brand new Camry in 2007 and have loved it from the start. Not just that, when there was a discrepancy with the warranty almost four months later, he remembered the deal and saw to it, along with Randy Sassone, to make sure I got what I paid for. I went to Toyota of Watertown for a new RAV4 as one of my current leases was expiring. I went to this dealership specifically as I have used them for service on multiple vehicles and found them exceptionally current leases was expiring. I went to this dealership specifically as I have used them for service on multiple vehicles and found them exceptionally friendly and trustworthy. Their quality of work is excellent and the Service Manager, Mike Mason, is always available to discuss options and work to be performed in detail. I did lots of research and knew the exact vehicle and deal I wanted. I entered the showroom and was greeted with respect. I immediately felt like a valued customer and was asked what I was interested in. I explained exactly what I wanted. The salesman, Alex Kazan, asked me a few questions. He then excused himself and returned with Randy Sassone, Sales Manager, who also treated me in a courteous, respectful manner. He asked me a few questions, mostly regarding the expiration of my current lease and when I would want delivery. After this was discussed, Alex asked me if they agreed to the deal I wanted, should we start the paperwork. I said yes! I finished the paperwork with Mikail Moiseyev, the Finance Manager, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and explained all financial aspects of the lease in a manner which I could easily understand. Basically, I chose this dealership for my new car due to the way I am treated by the service department. They are the ones you have an ongoing relationship with. However, the experience I had with the sales department was just as professional. I knew what I wanted and they made it happen without the typical back and forth condescending bargaining I've experienced at other dealerships. These people legitimately wanted my business and have integrity. More

I took my car to Toyota of Watertown after disappointment with another dealership. I could not be more pleased! My 7-1/2 year old Sienna was appropriately serviced with no hard sell for extras. The work w with another dealership. I could not be more pleased! My 7-1/2 year old Sienna was appropriately serviced with no hard sell for extras. The work was done as scheduled with no unpleasant surprises. In fact, I was pleasantly surprised to find they had washed and vaccumed by vehicle at no cost. The service personnel were friendly and helpful. My Sienna has found it's new service home. More
