I just bought a used 2004 Chevy Malibu LS V6 from the Toyota of Watertown from Paul Cardoso. Paul was a great salesman. Any questions that we had he answered, he didn't pressure us into buying the car at Toyota of Watertown from Paul Cardoso. Paul was a great salesman. Any questions that we had he answered, he didn't pressure us into buying the car at all. He was sure to give us all the specifics and car facts of the car before we decided. His phone was always open to us for questions before buying the car(even though it didn't take long for us to decide we were gonna get it) and his phone is still open to us if we have any questions at all. He has called a couple times asking if everything is alright with the car which is very much appreciated by us. All of this shows that he really cares about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone who would be buying a car from toyota. Thank you for all your help and if we buy a car in the future i'll be sure that its from here! More
Paul Cardoso provided a lot of information for all the cars I was looking at. He gave me honest feedback and really seemed to care about what was best for my needs. I was extremely pleased with my experience at Toyota of Watertown. I visited several times and ended up being pleasantly surprised by the whole used car buying situation. This was all thanks to Paul Cardo Watertown. I visited several times and ended up being pleasantly surprised by the whole used car buying situation. This was all thanks to Paul Cardoso who was extremely patient and attentive. He takes time to really help you figure out what you want. My friend and I were both impressed by how much he seemed to care. I've been to different dealerships in the past and Paul was by far the most helpful and easy to work with. I also appreciate how efficient he was, a definite plus when you're not trying to waste time. More
Senior Management responded virtually immediately with a personal phone call as I had a less-than-positive experience with this employeee, and management offered to do whatever I deemed necessary to undo a personal phone call as I had a less-than-positive experience with this employeee, and management offered to do whatever I deemed necessary to undo a bad experience. This was a very welcome offer. More
I have dealth with Kamal Khnaizir in the service department for roughly 12 years. He has always gone out of his way to be friendly, helpful and make sure repairs were done correctly. When I was bu department for roughly 12 years. He has always gone out of his way to be friendly, helpful and make sure repairs were done correctly. When I was buying my last two cars, I spoke to him about my choices and he arranged a no hassle meeting with a sales manager. In this case it was Haider Amin. Haider and I spoke over the phone, agreed on a very good price, and my wife and I went in to sign the papers. The rest of the experience was equally hassle-free. Moreover I know I that in the future I can relie on Kamal to make sure my cars are running as they should be. More
Dropped in on Scion of Watertown because they had a decent rating and were not disappointed. Alex was very courteous and had none of the typical sales talk that is always a turn off. He answered any qu decent rating and were not disappointed. Alex was very courteous and had none of the typical sales talk that is always a turn off. He answered any questions, organized test drives quickly and when we decided to buy was very evenhanded and straightforward on price. No games, no excessive advice. Just great. Probably the nicest car buying experience we have ever had. Steve who sorted out the financing and the paper work was equally good. Very impressed. More
My wife and I recently were at Toyota of Watertown for our third new car from this dealer in the last three years. Each time has been a wonderful experience. We made an appointment for this past Saturday our third new car from this dealer in the last three years. Each time has been a wonderful experience. We made an appointment for this past Saturday morning with Haider Amin, an experienced salesman who was knowledgeable and pleasant. We own a 2009 Prius and were there on Saturday to replace a 2007 Prius that was coming off a lease. We had not decided whether we would buy or lease this time. Haider walked us through the different financial alternatives. No pressure. Clear explanations. We decided to lease again. We waited two hours for the car to be prepped and for all the paperwork to be done, then we drove the new Prius home. It was our best experience ever -- even better than our two other times at Toyota of Watertown. Also, the service department there is terrific. Everybody is friendly, competent, and efficient. The waiting room is pleasant (free Wi-fi and snacks). We drove Audis for years but finally stopped because the service departments we went to were so inefficient and incompetent. We will never go anywhere else again to purchase or service a car, as long as we continue to live in the greater Boston area. More

First class waiting room, customer friendly and repair work will bring me back. I didn't purchase my vehicle here but am considering a new one at Watertown Toyota. So far, the employees make you feel impo work will bring me back. I didn't purchase my vehicle here but am considering a new one at Watertown Toyota. So far, the employees make you feel important and the recommendations made for repair work are not unreasonable and overwhelming but necessary. They don't try to intimidate or frighten you into work that should be done but rather give you a reasonable time limit to have it done. In these trying times it is great to find an honest and reputable company. I will continue to do business here until they throw me out or change drastically for the worse and I don't see that happening. They want your business. I sound like a commercial but it's nice to be satisfied. I do not want to throw my money away. Please keep up the good work and stay ahead of the other companies who have frightened me into getting repairs I probably didn't need or at least not at the time they tried their scare tactics on me. The first four Toyota's were pretty much bulletproof, back when you could always apply that term to a Toyota. All purchased from this dealership. The spouse drives a Highlander - she calls it the best ca back when you could always apply that term to a Toyota. All purchased from this dealership. The spouse drives a Highlander - she calls it the best car she's ever owned. My current ownership of a 4Runner is longer than planned. The first six years were near perfect and warranty service was done without question. Rodney can put my 120,000 mile 4Runner in near perfect shape. Rodney owns a 4Runner or two and that certainly helps. The service manager insures that big items go to Rodney. It is a nice setup. There have been a couple of events like an engine service light coming on the morning after a service, and some tire pressure settings not correct for the vehicle. Both service were corrected immediately. Bought 4 Michelins from then, got a piece of iron a week later; called them up and Kamal fixed quickly and freely. And they laugh at my jokes even when the jokes are not funny....... More
