Kamel Khnaizir is one of the best service reps in the business. He is knowledgeable, fair, and hardworking, and he always provides outstanding customer service. Kamel provides sound advice about repair questions and parts/equipment replacement. He takes the time to explain repair choices (e.g., repair it now versus repair it later, do all the work now or do some of it now and some of it later, etc.), and he will bring the mechanic in to explain the condition to the customer if he thinks it is needed. Over the years, Kamel has provided invaluable information about safety matters related to our Toyotas, selection of tires and other products, and about the decision of when to buy a new car. My wife, my daughters, and I have all taken our cars to Kamel for years, and we will continue to do so because we know we can trust him completely. More

I feel fortunate that I walked in and the first sales consultant to introduce herself was Yelena. I explained that I was clueless, and she said, "Let's go." I didn't want to go too fast. I'd owned th consultant to introduce herself was Yelena. I explained that I was clueless, and she said, "Let's go." I didn't want to go too fast. I'd owned the same Saturn for 12 years. 30,000 miles. I'm not much of a driver. I don't even LIKE cars. Or so I thought. I am so in love with my gorgeous 2011 Camry LE. I thank Yelena because she understood that I wanted a pretty color. And a pretty color I would have. And a moon roof I would have. Everything on my wish list. Which I'd thought I couldn't afford. It was quite creative of her to suggest leasing, something I'd never considered. Soon I was gliding through papers, initialing, signing. At one point I said, "So gee, think I should try driving the car?" And I did. And that was like riding Jello. So four days later, I have my car. I don't know how this could have been a more effortless experience. I'm very very happy and I highly highly recommend Toyota of Watertown. More
A few months back I had gone to Toyota of Watertown because the hood on my Corola would not latch. After over an hour of waiting I was told that I needed a new cable and latch for the hood at a cost of because the hood on my Corola would not latch. After over an hour of waiting I was told that I needed a new cable and latch for the hood at a cost of over $400.I decided not to have the work done.I took the car to a local mechanic and he fixed the latch in less than 5 minutes and did not charge me. The latch just neede som lubricant because it had been "frozen". I This was a tremendous waste of my time and horrible way of doing business. How can I trust them with any vehicle of mine? What were the mechanics doing to the car as I waited over an hour? This is a disgrace.I encourage everyone to think twice before taking their own vehicle to Toyota of Watertown. More

I was extremely pleased with the deal I made on my 2011 Camry LE at Toyota of Watertown. From the time I walked in the door to the moment I drove out (2 hours later) in my beautiful new vehicle, everything Camry LE at Toyota of Watertown. From the time I walked in the door to the moment I drove out (2 hours later) in my beautiful new vehicle, everything went smoothly. I had done my homework on-line and was fully prepared as to what options I wanted as far as model and also knew that I wanted to lease for 36 months. I was greeted by Shanice Green, Sales Consultant, who walked me through the process without a gliche. Some waiting was involved for approval of pricing through management but it wasn't pain staking or anything. Also, the dealership is truly top notch as far as amenities. Waiting areas consist of overstuffed leather sofas, flat screens, daily newspapers and your choice of snacks, bottled water, etc. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. By the time I left I was on a first name basis with most of the people including the financial manager, service manager, etc. I fully expected Toyota of Watertown to be the first stop of many to find a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted, but I needed to go no furhter than my hometown to wrap up a great price, great vehicle and dealt with a wonderful staff of people. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to friends and family. If possible, ask for Shanice...she is really down to earth, well informed and just a genuinely nice person to deal with...not the typical smooth or slick sales person. More
I started servicing my vehicles at Toyota of Watertown when Mike Mason transfered there from another Toyota dealer. Choosing a dealer to buy a car from is easier than deciding where to have it serviced. S when Mike Mason transfered there from another Toyota dealer. Choosing a dealer to buy a car from is easier than deciding where to have it serviced. Service requires a very trusting relationship; a relationship which can be long term and includes respect and value of the customer and their time. As service, particularly in an older vehicle, is a blind item to the average consumer, you must have faith in who is going to diagnose the problem and make recommendations. I have had multiple Toyotas, one with over 100,000 miles. I trust Mike Mason. He values me as a customer. This is why I go to this dealership and actually ended up purchasing another Toyota there. Purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, Aaron and Paul were very friendly and helpful with my decision. They did not apply any tactics, pressure or obligations for a sale discount.
