On the down side, we were not happy with your sales staff when we purchased our current car as they just wanted to make the sale and forget about customer service. Toyota of Watertown in general and its amazing master service genius Kemal Khnaizir make it look easy. They are unquestionaby the best service department I have ever seen. In the many years I have been going there, Kemal and his team maintained my Camry wagon every one of the 200,000 miles I put on it (the current owner has added another 200,000!) and every one of the 135,000 delightful miles I have so far on my superb 2003 Highlander Limited. I wouldn't think of letting anyone else touch my cars, and I send every friend I can to enjoy that same wonderful service. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate Toyota of Watertown a 10. His interest in you and your car does not fade. Rare, unexpected stops (flat tire, et c) have been quickly and satisfactorily responded to. And no, he did not pay me to write this. Also they have a master mechanic named Rodney who exudes competence and perform perfectly. More
