This was a return trip to this dealership. Our first experience was 'ok', we had some break work done and some suspension work as well. There was also a small 'recall' issue for a bracket in the steeri experience was 'ok', we had some break work done and some suspension work as well. There was also a small 'recall' issue for a bracket in the steering column. When we got the car back there was an issue with the steering column bracket, a part needed to be ordered, so we needed to schedule this return trip. While waiting for the part to be ordered, we noticed some lingering problems with the suspension, we were not totally satisfied. For this return trip all our issues were handled by Kamel Khnaizir. Kamel apologized for the issues that we had after our first trip, though they were minor. He explained everything that needed to be done, and then made sure that it all happened. The breaks are now amazing, and the car is driving and riding like a dream. And he was able to resolve the steering column issue, so that is all fixed now as well. And he was very pleasant and funny to boot. For any future car issues, we will certainly go right to Kamel. More
We have been bringing our Toyotas here for servicing for many years that we also bought from this dealership. What we appreciated was that even when the dealer occasionally makes mistakes, they go out of t many years that we also bought from this dealership. Recently, we bought our Camry in for servicing because of a steering problem and a 75K mile maintenance. We had concerns because our car had only 76K miles and had already been in for two other expensive problems. We discussed this with our service advisor Kamel who said he understood and would do whatever he could to make sure no unnecessary work would be done and to help with the cost. While we waited for the work to be done, Kamel went through our entire service history with the car and determined that the previous expensive problems should actually have been covered under an extended warranty for which we were unaware. Through several conversations with Toyota, he was able to get us completely reimbursed for the past expenses, even though the car was now past the extended warranty period. In the end, he did exactly as he promised, saving us hundreds of dollars and keeping us as loyal customers. Thanks Kamel! More
Oil light come on. I am from Vermont and needed to get home. Problem solved to get home with possible other problem identified. I had no appointment, but I was taken in immediately. I got a courtesy car ride to Cambridgeside mall, near where my son lives. Your driver was soooo wonderful. Lots of personality, and pleasant. We waited at the mall for a return call. After about 2 hours I called in. The problem was diagnosed, but no leak was found, A LOF was done (was almost needed anyways). Although I originally was quoted a lot of money to diagnose the problem, thankfully the cost was much less. Another small problem (possible water pump leak) was identified. I have returned to Vermont and I have an appointment to address the loss of oil and the waterpump leak. Thank you for all you did More

They made the entire process very comfortable and convenient for us all. The inventory and high quality of automobiles they had available to choose from was great. I first spoke to Adam Skolnick Salmes Manager, and then Steven Skolnick, who was very professional and friendly. They made the transaction a pleasue, and very efficent as always. The vehicle was ready as prosmised, and Steve went over everything, and did a great job. My family has purchased many Toyota from this dealorship, and have been very impressed with the staff. I got the car i wanted at a very competive price and was given top dollar for my Camry as a trade in. Iam a firm beliver of you treat people how you want to be treated. I've been using this dealership for service ever since I got my Prius. The mechanics are extremely capable, the waiting room is a great place to get some work done, the shuttle is helpful, and the advisers got my Prius. But it wasn't until a major component of my Prius recently failed that I really appreciated just how extraordinary the service really is. My adviser - Kamel - worked with me over a period of weeks to find a solution. He kept me apprised of developments, helped me evaluate my options, and pressed my case with Toyota. Ultimately, the manufacturer accepted responsibility for providing a new part. They never would have done it without Toyota of Watertown in my corner. Now, I've got a car that's as good as new. And a place I know I can trust for quality service. More

Kamel is very easy for customers to work with and thorough in describing what needs to be done and which parts are necessary to perform which function. I bought my 2008 Prius from this dealership and they were great to deal with. The salesman worked hard for me to get a good trade-in value for my old car, and I felt well taken care of. He really is a 5-star general there, and I don't want to make a move without him being in charge. I highly recommend Kamel for taking extra care and going above and beyond for his clients.
