The salesman we dealt with had the nerve to think we would trade our 2007 Honda Odyssey Touring in for $5000. This van retails for $18998 with 100k miles on it. Even though I've moved out of state (and 3+ hours from Boston)I still make the trip back just to go to Toyota of Watertown. Kamel is an extraordinary service advisor who consistently provides outstanding customer service. He is very knowledgeable and also very patient, always happy to take the time to explain things to me if I'm confused (which can be often). As for the atmosphere of the dealership, I really appreciate having such a comfortable place (and such a clean bathroom) to wait for my car. There is TV, free internet, a variety of coffee and teas to choose from, and they even have bagels and fruit available depending on the time of day. Kamel and the rest of the staff at the Toyota of Watertown Service Department consistently go above and beyond with both their service and customer care, and they really make you feel like a valued customer. Kamel, Service Dept Manager, is the oil that keeps this car shop running. He does the work of 4-5 people. I hope he's compensated for that.
