I am a 75 year old woman who has been a loyal Toyota customer for about 40 years. I have been dealing with Kamel Khnaizir for ever so long and in the past few years I have been seeing Ashok Vaswani. Both of these gentlemen have provided me with service that is tops .When Toyota is really busy I have had other service people help me and they too were a pleasure to do business with. I have owned other makes of cars in the past but once I bought my first Toyota I got hooked. I have to be perfectly honest. What keeps me coming back over and over again is the people that I have dealt with. In this fast paced world of ever changing things, one think that is a constant and that I can always rely on is Toyota of Watertown. There are always people that ask me why I take my car to the dealer for repairs. The answer is simple. Who knows Toyota cars better than the service people themselves.
