When I arrived the vehicle was up front and ready to go complete with the State Inspection so I would not have to come back. I went to Toyota of Watertown just to "look"! I was greeted by Steve Skolnick at the door and ironically, he was recommened to me by my son-in-law. The first thing that impressed me was Steve thought I might be interested in a used car that came with great "car facts". Ironically, that's what I had in the back of my mind. Obviously, he wasn't pushing for a killing. I felt immediately that he had my best interest at heart. After talking for a while, he showed me a 2013 Toyota Corolla and had me test drive it. After weighing the used Toyota versus the new, for the price - the new 2013 was the obvious way to go. I got an incredible trade in for my 2003 and decided to sign on the bottom line. Steve was so very patient and thoughtful, he introduced me to the Service and Parts Manager, Michael Mason, who gave me a very confident feeling that my new Corolla will be in good hands. I'm almost sorry the deal is done, Steve and the entire staff were just wonderful. Thank you, Steve, you can be sure I'll be singing your praises to my family and friends.
