We always have had our car serviced when notified of a scheduled maintenance indicated on the car. Kamel Khnaizir cares about every car that he services and even more about his customers needs and concerns. Safety is so very important to him. We were here for our 95,760 mile scheduled maintenance on our '07 Camry and Kamel told us of a problem with the car and a part had to be replaced or we could not drive it home. Due to the age and mileage, we pondered with what to do. We went into the show room and looked at a new Camry which we were not planning to replace until the 2014 models were out. Your sales associate, Steven Skolnick approached us and noticed that we were in a quandary. He understood our dilemma and was so courteous, kind, helpful and walked us through many options and he felt that we would be much happier upgrading to the Avalon Hybrid. He had us drive it and explained all the new bells and whistles to us and we are to call or come back as many times as necessary for help. He has the patience of a "saint" as he was dealing with two folks who don't get new things that quickly. He is absolutely amazing and we would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car. We have dealt with many sales associates since purchasing our very first Camry from Joe Gould many years ago and we thought no one could be as good as Joe. Well, Steven Skolnick surpasses Joe Gould. I felt compelled to acknowledge how helpful Kamel Khnaizir has been to me throughout the past few years. I have dealt with a few different members of the staff at the Watertown office, and my experiences with Kamel are the ones that keep me coming back. He has provided a level of service that is above and beyond - is personable, engaging and trustworthy. As a young, single female it’s easy to feel intimidated and vulnerable around anything having to do with my car - but with Kamel as my go-to person, I don't feel the need to consult with the men in my life to get a second opinion every time I bring my car in. Just leased a new Corolla with the help of Elkin Pereanez. Elkin was wonderful and very easy to work with in getting my new car. I went there with a specific vehicle I wanted to look at, worked with Elkin to test drive and ultimately strike a deal, and am very happy. Watertown. Long version: We were looking to get a nice SUV, and we in the beginning just shopped for Honda. Since I had previous owned a Accord, we thought of trying Honda first. We really had bad experiences with the big honda dealerships in the region. On our way back from the Honda dealership we took a chance and stopped by Toyota of Watertown. We had previous looked at the RAV4 before, but thought it was way expensive compared to the equivalent Honda CRV, boy were we wrong. Though we had to bargain a little. Toyota of Watertown definitely wanted our business. We left with a good price. However the next morning I used truecar to get an even better price. I called Toyota of Watertown telling him how I was disappointed I didn't get the best price. That is when they stepped up their game and immediately took off $300 dollars. Not only that , but we were told our car would be ready one day early and it was. When we went to pick up the car. Our salesperson Elkin Pereanez really took care of us. He did a top to bottom tour of the car with my wife. He showed us again, all the great features the car has to offer. He even helped her set up bluetooth and her favorite radio stations. We fell Elkin Pereanez did a great job. He also set up our first oil change (which is free) and gave us a tour of the service center which was very nice. If your thinking of buying a Toyota I would recommend Toyota of Watertown without a doubt. I will definitely take my mom their when she needs to purchase a new vehicle. My only advise is you go to true car, and price your car with the options exactly, before you go to the dealership. That way you know if you have a good price or not. More
I came in to trade my Toyota Rav 4 for the larger Toyota Highlander. Felix Rodriguez was so helpful and knew about all the accessories, and taught me how to use them. The very bad - When my 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid experienced water issues, I brought it to a Toyota dealership keeping my convenience in mind. Unfortunately, that dealership (in Braintree) failed me experienced water issues, I brought it to a Toyota dealership keeping my convenience in mind. Unfortunately, that dealership (in Braintree) failed me miserably. They diagnosed the issue without even properly evaluating my car - said it was a clogged AC drain. After I questioned the dealership about their diagnosis and disagreed, I was given substandard, horrible treatment. Apparently, requiring them to dry my carpets, so I could know that my issue was fully resolved was asking too much. To me, it seemed like the common sense thing to do. Literally, the dealership didn't even bother to mask their irritation and were barely civil. After they "fixed" the vehicle, I took it home that evening and the very next morning I found my front carpets were water logged again. Clearly, the issue was never resolved. The very good - At that point, I decided to go to Toyota of Watertown. Due to my poor experience in Braintree, I was expecting a difficult time, but was completely surprised by the high quality of customer service I received. In particular, Kamel exhibited the highest degree of professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy I have experienced at any dealership. He made sure the vehicle was thoroughly evaluated before providing a diagnosis (what a novel idea). As it turned out, the problem was with my windshield not with the AC drain. He ensured that my vehicle was taken care of properly and quickly. I will return to Toyota of Watertown for future service. A large part of that decision, is thanks to Kamel. He turned a stressful, ugly situation around and I couldn't be happier. Go there, see Kamel! More
