Steve was an excellent sales person. He was kind and courteous and did not pressure me into buying a Prius C. He answered all my questions no matter how silly they were. He introduced me to the Service Manager so that I could have a relationship with him and to set up my first service appointment. I recently got into a car accident and needed a new car as mine was totaled in the incident. Watertown Toyota was my first stop and was suggested to me by my best friend who had just bought her 07 Camry there. She said she had a great experience, they weren't pushy and everyone was very helpful. I looked at three cars while I was there with the help of Fernando Rodriguez. He was fantastic, was not a pushy salesman and was very honest about the cars I was looking at. He gave his opinion, sat with me and my two friends to weigh the pros and cons of each car and walked me through the Carfax for each of them. He also educated me on the process of buying a car (since this was my first dealership experience) and was very helpful in every way but especially with the paperwork and making the whole process as easy as possible. I ended up purchasing an 09 Camry that day and didn't need to go anywhere else because the price was fantastic (I had done some online research before going to the dealership) and the monthly payments were more than manageable. I would 100% suggest this dealership and especially Fernando for anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota/Scion. I have had my 09 Camry for a few days now and am extremely happy with it. It rides beautifully, is spacious and I could not be happier. More

After a nice greeting, Elkin professionally asked us what we were looking for, and after a 5-minute discussion, took us to see 4 Toyota Prius's, all within our price range. No hard sell. As a matter of fact, Elkin pointed us to the car that he felt would be the best deal, and we were impressed with his recommendation and eventual price. I was also very happy that Elkin and Toyota management were willing to negotiate the trade-in value for my used car. No hard line here at all. My wife and I arrived early in the morning and weren’t really sure what to expect, since this was our first time shopping for a car. We were greeted by a friendly sales consultant named Elkin Pereanez, who helped us throughout the entire sales process. Elkin introduced us to general manager, Todd Wright, who was also involved through the whole process. My first impression was that this was a well-run dealership with a great inventory and awesome staff. I test drove the Corolla I ended up purchasing and a Honda fit which I decided pretty quickly wasn’t for me. Elkin did a great demo of both cars and he didn’t push me in either direction. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered all of my questions. When it came time to negotiate the price of the car, Elkin was easy to work with. We went back and forth until we reached an agreeable purchase price. At no point did I feel stressed—the entire exchange was friendly and everyone was happy with the result. After we settled on a price, we had to wait for about 40 minutes to discuss financing. It was a comfortable wait though, and Todd checked in with us several times. Initially, we were not able to secure agreeable financing terms but Todd assured us that he would find a way to make the numbers work. Two days later, as promised, Todd called us back with great news—he got us approved at an awesome rate! The next morning I went to fill out the paper work. Since I had taken the morning off to complete the purchase, I was pressed for time. The whole process was done as quickly as possible, and soon enough Elkin saw me off in my new car.
