This was by far my best experience with any dealership. My lease was due to mature and I had been to a couple of dealerships looking to lease a new vehicle. He recently leased a Toyota through this dealership and had the best experience with Steve. I am so happy that I did go to Watertown Toyota and see Steve. She made me feel comfortable right from the beginning of my search. When I finally went in to see the pilot, her sales manager Nicholas Fondas took over. I was very surprised at how helpful the gentleman is. Never did I feel pressured into making my decision right away. I truly respect his honesty for all the answers he gave me which later confirmed. I say this because some prior car salesman lied about a couple things just so that I can buy a car that didn't even fit my needs. Not only did Nicholas gave me top dollar amount for my trade in but also negotiated the sale price for the Pilot!!. Many dealers I went to hesitated too much to end up with just 2-3 hundred dollars less than listed. The communication was very good. The day of the sale, everything was done so quickly and easy that I couldnt believe how effortless it was to buy a car. I honestly recommend everyone to visit Toyota of Watertown and speak with Nicholas. He will listen to your needs and not try to sell you something different than what you really need just to make a sale. I will buy from here agan with no need to visit other dealers. I wanted to trade in my 2007 Camry and upgrade to a used one with low mileage. Elkin, a sales person helped me right away to look at a car he thought would work for me. He explained all the details of the car and we did a test drive. When we returned Elkin reviewed the numbers with me and then went to the sales manager. It did not look like we were going to make an agreeable number but Elkin was determined and finally after a few more trips to the sales manager he retuned with a figure we could agree upon. I must say that Elkin was very good to work with and convinced that he would make the numbers work which he ultimately did. My experience was lengthy as one of the business managers was not in that day and one of the sales managers actually stepped in to assist. All in all the experience was a good one, I have purchased vehicles at Toyota of Watertown in the past and I am sure I will visit them again in the future. More

We worked with Elkin in the sales room and Brian for the paperwork and warranty. Both were respectful and professional and nice.
