It's a beautiful and sporty small sedan with black-on-chrome 17" rims and wide footprint tires. Elkin made the whole transaction a pleasure, and he was there for me through every step of the process from selection to pick up. He even helped me transfer all of my stuff from the trunk of my trade-in vehicle to the deceptively huge trunk of my new Corolla. I have to give Kudo's once again to Toyota of Watertown... I leased two vehicles last year for myself and my son. He quoated me a price which was better than expected and then I went in and we again went over everything, did the paperwork and the deal was done. It was fast, honest, and my son could not believe that they were so quick. Meaning they completed the paperwork, had the car registered, cleaned and it even had the state inspection done in no time at all. He was expecting to wait days, and he drove off with his new vehicle the same day. I really like they way that they have respect for time and the way they treat people. Chuck has been extremely helpful time and again understanding to my need to be in and out of the service center quickly on different occasions. On one occasion, the time written down that I had to understanding to my need to be in and out of the service center quickly on different occasions. On one occasion, the time written down that I had to leave was 10:00, though it was misinterpreted as 1:00. I didn't notice this until it was close to 11:00, and I had an appointment I needed to get to. I needed to get my car back asap, and as soon as Chuck realized the service team misinterpreted the time need, he had my car pulled around immediately and did not charge anything for the oil change, saying "I can't give you back the time, but I can give you back the money." While this was the first time there had been an error in timing on Toyota's part, it was the way they dealt with the mistake that was so fair, and impressive. I honestly didn't expect anything in return for the honest mistake, but the effort to make amends and go the extra mile with respect to my schedule was above and beyond. I'll definitely return. More

I was very satisfied with how professional he was and he even helped us setup a good time to pick up the car between our busy work schedules and the bad New England weather. Elkin even helped with the inspection of the vehicle since I had to work and was unable to do it myself. The finance consultant we talked to was very helpful as well and carefully went over everything with us. On my second trip back to Toyota of Watertown within 3 days for the same problem, I had the good fortune to get Kamel for my service advisor. When I ended up having the same problem YET AGAIN within 2 day days for the same problem, I had the good fortune to get Kamel for my service advisor. When I ended up having the same problem YET AGAIN within 2 days of that service, I went back to Kamel and without being asked, he provided me with a courtesy vehicle (free of charge) and promised that my car would not be returned until he could guarantee that it was fixed. My car was fixed in a week and returned to me with a full tank of gas on the house. True to his word, I have not had the problem re-occure! Kamel was awesome. He is very professional and cares about customer service. I highly recommend him if you need a service advisor. More
