I can't believe it After searching for a new car and going to different dealerships because I kept getting promised that they could get me a highlander and when I would After searching for a new car and going to different dealerships because I kept getting promised that they could get me a highlander and when I would end up at the dealerships, they would tell me that they either couldn't get it or they sold it. I would get really upset and diss appointed. I then communicated with Blanca at Toyota of Watertown who then passed me on to Edwin. In speaking with both of them, they promised me that they could get the car for me and of course with my guard up I wouldn't believe them because of prior experiences with other big dealerships. Edwin yet again assured me that this dealership is not like many others. When we say we are going to do something for you we deliver. Rick Hall also contacted me to let me know time frames of when the car would be in and everything. This experience with Toyota Of Watertown and everybody I dealt with was exceptional. I can't stress the importance of how well it was with them. I love my Highlander. Thanks again to everybody at Toyota Of Watertown. More

LeAse I got a phone call from Edwin telling me that I could switch my leased car for the same car but just a different year and keep me at the same paym I got a phone call from Edwin telling me that I could switch my leased car for the same car but just a different year and keep me at the same payment with 0 out of pocket!!
