Elkin Pereanez, the salesman went out of his way to make me fee I have to say that I am very pleased with my leasing of a Camry Hybrid a few days ago. Elkin Pereanez, the salesman went out of his way to make me feel comfortable thru out the process. I originally stopped at Toyota of Watertown to get some prices. I told Elkin from the beginning I was shopping around and I was not going to buy at that moment. This is the part that impresses me; he took the time at least an hour to get me the best price, to compare the best price between leasing and buying. I was not only asking him without a guarantee of a sale for information to lease or to purchase. He went to his manager three times to find the best deal for me. Then, to top it off I wanted to have the seats of the car change to all black leather. he took me upstairs to an additional lot to show me other Camry's that had the leather seats to see how it look. To make a long story short. I left the dealership confident that I received his best, best information. I went to two other dealers as I had planned. I did not get the same attention; they did not believe I was seriously looking for a car. I told them I was shopping around. I got some half xxx prices and basic information to nothing. I went back to Toyota of Watertown two weeks later and sign the deal. I wanted a black car with black leather seats. there was no car like that in the showroom, these cars have been selling like hot pancakes Elkin was able to find me the car I wanted in another Toyota and brought it to me here at this dealership. I belief Elkin and this dealership treated me fairly. I feel I was not taken advantage of, I got a good deal and some extras. their service was exceptional. i will recommend and send my friends here. I trust them. More

Elkin, our salesperson, was extremely helpful and patient as we test drove three different models and asked many questions. Back at the showroom he worked out the numbers for several different options without rushing or pressuring us. He listened and was very accommodating to our needs. We finally settled on a Corolla LE and couldn't be happier. Elkin is "The Best". Throughout the whole process he was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The business manager was also very helpful when it came time to sign papers. He explained all of the numbers very clearly leaving us very comfortable with the great deal we got. Stress Free Car Shopping My previous car, not a Toyota, had reached the point of no repair, forcing me into the dreaded process of buying a new car. Extensive research led to My previous car, not a Toyota, had reached the point of no repair, forcing me into the dreaded process of buying a new car. Extensive research led to an easy decision, buy a Prius 4. So, I began visiting Toyota dealerships. The shortest visit lasted only 20 minutes. The longest visit, with a new sense of urgency, immediately following a rush hour flat tire on the highway, went on for 3 hours. That visit resulted in the signing of a contract and leaving a deposit for a Prius 4. The color and location of the car were unknown to the sales person at that time but he promised to call in the morning with that information. Noontime came and went, I called and was told that the car hadn't been located yet but they would have it within the week. A new approach was necessary. I began calling all local Toyota dealers and asking if they had a Prius 4 on the lot and available for sale. Toyota of Watertown had the first affirmative answer and I headed right over. Meeting Edwin began my stress free car buying experience. Edwin was the first respectful Toyota salesman I had encountered. In a relaxed, no pressure manner, we spoke about my decision to buy a Prius 4 rather than a Prius 5 and other options I might consider. Edwin fully explained the purchasing process, including the method of determining the trade in value, required fees, and paperwork needed to be done to complete the sale. When Edwin needed to leave the desk, I was told what he was going to do, and he returned in a timely fashion. Edwin took the time to thoroughly explain the entire function of all the electronic displays and to set up the Bluetooth. The entire process took approximately 2 hours. The next day I made one phone call to the insurance company and the car was ready to go, all registered, insured and inspected. Everyone else I came into contact with at Toyota of Watertown was kind, pleasant and polite but Edwin is certainly special. Thank you, Edwin! More
